My family has been ordering from here for a long time. Very unhappy with my visit to 30th Street Marco's Pizza, on the evening of July 4th. When I pulled up there was a girl standing outside talking to a person in a car, her hands were all over the outside of the car, after a few minutes she goes inside, a minute later I walked in behind her, there she is making a pizza, not wearing gloves, and there was no time for her to wash her hands, so she takes her dirty gross hands, grabs a handful of cheese and starts sprinkling it over the pizza that she's making, so disgusting, what's wrong with people. Ordered two pizzas. Received email it was ready to be picked up. Went to pick it up and they couldn't find my pizza. Wanted us to wait around for them to remake it. No thanks, we already waited inside 15 minutes while they were helping other customers. Then to top it off they can't refund at the store. I have to wait 2 days to get my money refunded. The employees found humor in the situation. And just looked at me like I was ridiculous for questioning their policy. This location needs to rethink their management policy along with their customer service skills. Sadly, this is not the first time they don't have orders ready after email...
