I recently visited the McDonald's, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time.

Upon entering, I was greeted by an indifferent staff member who barely looked up from the register as I placed my order. After a long wait, I finally received my food, but the experience only went downhill from there. The fries were lukewarm at best, lacking the crispiness that one expects from a fast-food staple.

To make matters worse, my big mac burger was cold and soggy, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. I tried to bring this to the attention of the staff, but they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than addressing customer concerns. It took several attempts to get someone to acknowledge my complaint, and when they finally did, it was with a dismissive shrug and no offer to replace the meal.

The dining area was also far from clean, with tables left unwashed and trash overflowing from the bins. I couldn't help but feel that the entire restaurant was operating in a state of chaos, with little regard for customer satisfaction.

Overall, my experience at this McDonald's left much to be desired. Between the lackluster food and the abysmal customer service, I won't be returning anytime soon. If you're looking for a quick meal, I recommend seeking out a different location—or better yet, another fast-food...

We stop at this exit every evening we work for my son to get food and sometimes I get food. It's between 8:30-9 pm by the time we get there and this McDonald's constantly takes 20 minutes and there have been times taken longer to get through the drive through to pick what we have ordered on the app up. And don't try walking in to pick up your order that you set for drive through Nevada you'll get treated like a kid that done an unthinkable wrong! The majority of the workers there that I've come in contact with act like they hate life or hate their job at minimum. 4 or of 5 orders will have at least one thing that isn't made right or is missing completely! They should just let you still up to the speaker and tell them how many you're feeding then let what you get be a surprise because you ain't getting what you order anyway! I don't know who owns this one but they need to spend some evenings there and work on training and morale! I don't expect McDonald's to be perfect all the time but this one don't get it right half the time! It shouldn't be to much to ask to get spoken to in a decent tone, get served in a timely manner and get what I ordered 4 out of 5 times! I've held off on writing a bad review, giving them ample opportunity to at least appear they're working on the problems. But they are working on anything, this is common...

My mother had just returned from the hospital. She spent over 14 hrs with her daughter who was giving birth to my mothers 2nd grandchild. She stopped by this McDonalds to pick up burgers and nuggets for the family at home. When she got home. A burger was wrong and no nuggets were in the bag after they told her the sauce was in the bag. No nuggets or sauce. There was a large staff and very little customers. We made a phone call and they said they would fix it. She returned to this McDonald's and had to deal with nothing but rude employees. She had to repeat the burger over 3 times. She wanted a burger with only mayo and a patty due to her gum disease and her intolerance to dairy. They were rude, they acted as if she was inconveniencing them, they literally threw her order in a bag and shoved it at her without a word and with nothing but attitude. There is no excuse for treating others that way. They all should be retrained on customer service. Best believe this is the last time our family will be going there. And that was 5 months ago, today they completely messed up my order. Also, the bottom of the bag was completely covered with something sticky. Not very sanitary with this covid-19 just saying. Let's just say someone didn't get to eat and I had to deal with a very upset child because of the lack of food....
