McDonald's — Restaurant in Canton

I don't come to this particular Mc Donald's often as they are always getting things wrong or forgetting items that you pay for.

4/25 around 9pm I went to the canton ( Ridge Road) location as its the closest to the house ( the WORST MC DONALDS AROUND!) against my better judgement to pick an order for the roommate and myself. {1 LRG sweet tea, 2 double cheese burgers, a mc chicken no mayo, and a big mac, just the sandwich}

Now, my sweet tea, was 1/4 sweet tea and 3/4 coffee.. it was so gross, I legit almost puked... so 1 item i payed for, I didn't even get to drink...... it tasted like someone made coffee in the tea urn with a little tea left still in it.( a Hispanic women * kind of tall, wearing a light blue shirt handed the drink to me) she gave me a smile before I drove off.... thinking she was just being nice, but now with all the horseplay I see the employees doing there.. I'm wondering if this was a true mistake..... maybe.. maybe not.

the food was cold, like it had been sitting out for at least 30-40 minutes. the patties were almost crunchy. We ended up throwing our entire order away! calling in and getting waffle house ordered because of the time.

Save yourself the time, the hassle, and the headache.... DO NOT COME TO THIS MC DONALDS. Do not waste your money here.

Terrible service. They close at 12 o'clock but if you go in there anytime past 10-11 o'clock they no longer want to make anything. 3 days in a row now I've tried to go in and get some tenders and a milkshake and their reason for not being able to give me a milkshake is "we're about to close" and why they have had no tenders all week I still do not know. And very rarely do you get a freshly cooked meal. The last burger i got it seemed like they took a piece of cheese out of the wrapper and threw it on there without cooking it. And that was after they messed up the order and gave me a single quarter pounder instead of the double quarter pounder I ordered. I dont even bother trying to get an egg mcmuffin anymore because I can never get a fresh one. At night they have most of the lights off so it's hard to tell if they are even open, on top of the fact that when you go to the drive thru it will sometimes take them 15-20 seconds just to say something. I have never seen a more poorly run mcdonalds in my whole life. If you are looking for fast food this specific mcdonalds I do not recommend at all, there is another one about 5 minutes away who actually care about their job, as well as a zaxbys, Wendy's, burger king, and taco bell all in the same area who are much...

First I ordered on mobile app...arrive at unit pull into curbside put my number in and wait and wait...then i go in only to watch in utter amazement as one management type just looks up and says we don't have an order and blows it off...I get upset at her attitude then the male management type looks up and has to have an hourly explain where to find it. Then he repeats it back to me and says that will be 2.12 cents..I told him it was already paid for when I pulled into the unit and it asked if I wanted to pay...he then tells me the screen says you haven't paid...I am already very upset at the attitude and now this...I showed him my screen he never even looked at it and tries to get me to look at his screen. I was furious...and told him to keep his food and I will get a refund and several people around me had to hear my anger...then as I am walking out the male manager (who really needs a lot of work) is telling people, I didn't want to look at his screen and pay. I was incredulous but decided NOT to turn around and correct him as he obviously was to incompetent to understand...I will be requesting my money back and I will be expecting to hear from ownership or...
