Rally's — Restaurant in Canton

I went through the drive through before midnight last night. I purchased a med fry and recieved a free big buford. After what was a 20minutes drive thru wait & only 3 cars ahead of me & extremely poor customer service, i recieved my food and went home to dig in AFTER MIDNIGHT.... Only to find a PLASTIC BREAD TIE imbedded into the burger. When I called to complain, a young "kid" millennial answered by simply saying "hello".... NOT HI THANK U FOR CALLING RALLYS, HOW MAY I HELP U... i asked IF IT WAS INFACT RALLY'S and he replied yes. I requested to speak with a manager and the young man replied that he was in fact the manager which was truly surprising considering the way that he unprofessionally answer the phone. When I explained to him what had happened and what I found in my burger he quickly snapped back and accused me of lying insisting that it could not have happened and he assured me he made the burger and there was nothing in it. I tried to explain to him that I was a grown woman, homeowner, with plenty of money in my pocket and not trying to pull a food scam and he insisted on calling me a liar. I knew I would get nowhere with this phone call so I simply hung up. Today I decided to call back and speak with a woman by the name of Valerie who claims she was the manager. With NO apology offered she simply said bring me the burger and I'll give you a new one and hung up. Me and my family will no longer will be visiting this establishment due to the fact that not Only do they have extremely poor customer service but if it would have been during the day and my child would have ate that burger he could have choked and died. No one seemed to be held accountable for what they did and how they treated me nor showed any empathy or made any attempt at correcting the problem other than saying bring me the 16 HOUR OLD burger and I will replace it and simply hanging up on me. If only Undercover Boss could visit this establishment and see what poor service and poor quality of food they provide to the Canton area I'm sure they would be ashamed and disgusted as should anybody who visits this establishment. As a mother I would double-check your children's food before you give it to them when purchasing food from Rally's because you never know what you will find in it. Also the woman handling the money at the window last night was also handling food without gloves on & failed to wash her hands which I also found distasteful and quite disgusting and was not practicing proper procedures when handling food. 100% hands down the qorst service I have ever recieved from Rallys Cleveland...

The food is always delicious and is undoubtedly an enjoyable quality for a fair price that doesn't hurt the wallet too much. I would eat here so much more often if it weren't for just one glaring, super common issue....

The service here SUCKS!

I can't count the numerous times we have been handed a bag that is missing items we paid for. But even more intolerable, is the wait times! They are obscene sometimes! While always a guaranteed longer wait than some 'other' "Fast Food" chains... there are some nights that I can promise you that the entire kitchen staff is doing nothing more than counting grease markings on the walls - and NOT actually preparing food. I can not rational an excuse for them. Because I can order the same thing on two different nights, both nights being rather dead than busy, and the first night it may be a five minute wait for a cheeseburger combo, and the next night it may be a TWENTY minute wait for the same thing. What?! My only guess are some employees are competent, while others have no business setting foot in a business that expects production for the exchange of a paycheck. And I wish I understood why, but whenever I get wings it's a guaranteed wait of 10 minutes or more, rather there are five cars in line or absolutely zero. One time I dare say I had waited thirty minutes for an associate to bring my order or wings and fries to the car.

I can't say for sure what horse play goes on in that little hut some times. On half of my visits it's an average experience, but too overwhelming is the chance that it's entirely irritating.

Again, fantastic tasting food... but I don't bring a television with me often enough to warrant waiting for the food to be completed here. So on days I crave the food and would buy some, I more often than not end up passing on actually doing so because I'm to hungry to wait, or too irritated to risk the possibility of finding some of my order was forgotten.

It would easily be a 5 star review if more or their kitchen crew shared a...

I don’t even want to give this place a one star it doesn’t deserve it at all you had false advertisement on the sign out front of rally’s it said you order fries then you get a big Buford with it the sign doesn’t say that we had too tell them that at the drive through. The lady got extremely rude too Mee and my husband our food was horrible and we paid $5 basically for 3 milk shakes that was liquid. This is the worst rally s I’ve ever seen and I just couldn’t believe it and I talked it all up too my husband to go about how good they are they are nothing like they are down south. This was my first experience at a rally’s up here and I want the phone number to your corporate office. I have the hole thing on video tape along with witnesses the lady and the staff was unbelievable and to call us dumb because they didn’t put on there sign you had too ask for the sandwich’s when it said that if you buy the fries you get the sandwiches 🥪 not you had too ask at the drive through what was they going to give us older fries 🍟 or sandwiches. Who knows We have plenty of pictures of everything. It was completely unprofessional. For getting changed that much for nasty 🤢 messed up food and milk shakes is ridiculous. Not to mention the lady that shut the window on us when we was trying to figure it out and she said that it’s common sense. No it’s common since when you don’t have false advertisement and not putting it on the sign saying that you got to ask about it. Not your sign saying but French fríes and get the sandwich 🥪.
