Subway — Restaurant in Canton

When I want subway doordashed during the day time this is the location that door dash sends my order to cause of where I live the employees cannot get the order right at all or since door dash gives my name on the order receipt they will forget my cookie I paid for and deliberately mess up my subs caused I called n complained about the mess ups manager has accused me of yelling on the phone when I had witnesses to me not yelling and she called me a lier when I told her she didn't include my cookie and she said that she personally made my order and she did give the cookie when she didn't and my witnesses even told her it wasn't put in my bag n she kept insistingthat my witnesses n i are liers... from all the one star reviews I now see I'm not the only one treated like this from this location I'll just order my subs n cookies late at night after this location is closed at least the other location gets my order right and toasts my sandwich too unlike this location doesn't Toast my sandwich either ... when I want subway for now on I'll order late at night and save for next day so I get the other location that can actually get the...

I had to change my 5 star review and wish I could pick zero stars. My parents go to this location 3 times a week with the same order. Tonight when my father went to order his veggie delight with extra green peppers, he was told he had already received the allotted amount. (Eyeroll... It's a veggie delight. But okay). They continue with their order and get to the register where a purple haired chick gets rude with my mom saying "we don't make the rules, and if you want to be rude, I can void your sandwich too!" To be clear, they were refusing to give my mother her sandwich because she pointed out that they frequently order here and frequently get as many green peppers as he asks for and they're very pleasant about it. My father was told "if your wife wasn't so rude, she could have received her sandwich."

They've lost an entire string of customers over this interaction. If you walk in and see purple hair, don't bother. The only names I know are Amber and Ami. Ami was kind. Amber and Ms purple we're...

Absolute Detrimental service. There was a line out the door, and only 1 person working who looked like she didn’t wanna be there, then it was time for me and my wife to order they were slamming our sub breads and slammed our food into the oven, just seemed like they would rather be anywhere other than their job. Or the second person who was doing absolutely nothing to assist her was doing just that… nothing. The store was a mess, didn’t look like anything was cleaned all trash bins were overflowing, the fresh drinks in the machine were stagnant and looked like it smelled of sewage. We waited 33 minutes for poor service and feeling like we needed a shower after we left that disgusting mess of a place. Our sandwiches were okay, but the service and the atmosphere were atrocious. If I were someone reading this review I could only leave you with this… please do not go here find another subway nearby this one in canton is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. It honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. I feel like I got cancer leaving this...
