Wendy's — Restaurant in Canton

I have been to this Wendy’s 3 times and they’ve all be awful experiences; but this one takes the cake. My husband and I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, a biggie bag, and some fries. We get to the front pretty quickly, being the only car in line and they say it’s going to be 6 minutes on the nuggets. Which was totally fine. The guy at the counter was completely unconcerned with everyone in the drive thru. Then this random guy who was clearly high out of his mind comes over and hands me my two containers of very hot nuggets without a bag. My husband politely asked for a bag and he apologized because he thought we had already gotten our food. He took back one of the nuggets and about another 5 minutes later we were given a bag. I made sure to ask for them to put my sauce in the bag because they always always forget. The guy checks, it wasn’t in there, and then he fixed it and handed it back to us. We start pulling away and I go to grab my food and we were missing the nuggets for the biggie bag and both orders of fries. So we had to get back in line and it took them another four attempts to get it right: they wouldn’t even walk the food out to us. It was a horrible horrible experience and management needs to do a better job drug testing...

I will NEVER eat or encourage anyone else to dine at this particular location, not only is the staff LAZY, they made RACIAL remarks to one of their African American employees one day while I was eating.. The manager “Sherry” and another employee Damien Michael told the teenage worker that she had a big nose and asked if she knew who her real father was.. That left a bad taste in my mouth and taken into consideration the hatred already encourage by #45, it’s sad that it still people walking around still thinking black peoples should be “Lynched”! The poor girls family plans on SUING and hopefully this doesn’t ruin Wendy’s reputation for being a wonderful fast food restaurant... I don’t support racism and will never eat or encourage anyone from my family to eat at ANY other Wendy’s location...

The food is always good and the people are friendly, theyre just really slow at this location. I almost always have to wait for something and instead of letting me have the food thats done and bring whatever im waiting for out later, they wait until they have everything to call my name and half my food ends up cold. Last time i went with a friend and I ordered first, but they got and ate their food before I got my drink. I have worked in fast food and understand when I cant have things immediately, but the employees should be trained to give the food thats done to the customer at the counter, and then walk whatever the customer is waiting for to the table so food...
