Went straight to the bathrooms when we arrived as we were about 2 hours into a road trip. A female was using the restroom so my wife waited. After about 10 minutes a female employee came out. My wife went in and had to ask me to grab TP because the bathroom was out. Either the employee didn't use the restroom or just decided to not let anyone know the TP was out along with not bringing any back. The same employee proceeded to trash talk an older customer because the customer asked for their food to be brought to their car as they were feeling faint and the restaurant was backed up. Not very professional.
The men's bathroom was out of paper towels and a gentleman let the front staff know. The same female employee just yelled out "need paper towels in the men's bathroom" but just stood there. The paper towels were never changed before we left.
On the food, we ordered up some crispy chicken BLTs. After waiting for about five minutes we were told that they had to cut some lettuce. I said the sandwiches were fine without it. The sandwiches were still not made, but I assumed they just heard me incorrectly. Another 10 minutes goes by and the manager brings up some lettuce and our sandwiches were made. Take the bag out to the car and realize, there's no lettuce. So we waited 15 minutes for them to cut lettuce just to have it not put on the sandwiches. Read moreI have added one star to this review, because thru have changed their hours on the Google page(not on store windows however), and I did have a good experience yesterday, the food was good and the drive thru was not quick but acceptable. However I am unwilling to add anymore stars later. If you have 2 folks in drive-thru, one at each window, you are not working "short" in the drive-thru and it should not take 34 minutes to get through, that was my last experience before this store started functioning acceptably. I am closing this review and will not be editing again for Wendy's in Canton has had more than enough chances to get it right.
Original review: Amy(district manager) and Bob(manager), if y'all just decide to close early for no apparent reason, fix it on Google, don't advertise on your doors that you will be open till 1am if you're not. And teach your other managers some respect. I have had 3 out of 3 bad trips here this week, I chocked it up to being new at first but this is ridiculous. Messed up orders, people behind me getting their food first. This store has messed up before it began, maybe you need to shut down for a couple of weeks and figure out how this store should run, then train your staff on the procedures. Right now I would rate this store a half star if I could, because 20% is far too high for a store filled with untrained...
Read moreI understand that this place is new and so are some of the employees, but it seems like they need to learn how to communicate and organize their queue. I had ordered my meal, then when I went to pay I ended up paying for another order, as my receipt said something totally different that what I had ordered. I tell the lady and she seems to check it, takes back the receipt, and lets me through since she said what i paid for was close enough to the total on my own order. Okay. I get to the second window and the guy gives me a completely different order from the one I asked for AND the one I paid for. I let him know, and then he tells me I still owe $20 on my order, claiming I only paid $8 when I paid $26. With the lady taking my receipt at the first window I'm left without my proof, and it takes them several minutes to go through their transactions to find mine. They eventually get me my food, but was more stressful than it needed to be.
