Wendy's — Restaurant in Canton

This Wendy’s has gone so far downhill. Very disappointing. I had gone through the drive thru and the younger girl at the window handed me my food with her back to me- not looking at me, continuing a conversation with her coworker.. I’ve never been served by someone’s back before. It was absolutely rude and off putting. Then anther recent time I had gone through the drive thru and this girl hands me both drinks. I asked “ can I get two straws please?” She said “ yeah” but turned away from me and started getting other drinks. ( not in my order) This other lady hands me the food. I check the bags, twice- no straws. So I just waited for the first girl to get the straws. However I sat there for SIX MINUTES with this girl making eye contact with me and ignoring me. No one opened the window to see what I needed- line building up behind me- not one person was like “ this car has all there stuff but is still there hmm I wonder what they need” the older lady finally opens the window and tries to hand me two huge bags of food.. I said I’ve been being ignore by all of these staff members, I just need TWO straws. This old gal responds with “ they are in the bag”. They most certainly are NOT you think I just hung outside this window for 6 minutes just to hold up the line?! So absolutely rude. Guess what if you don’t want to work in a place where you have to speak nicely and actually work a little- go somewhere else! I’m so sick of rude people who act like I inconvenienced them by ordering food from where they WORK....

Food wise is great but is very unprofessional. Ordered my food fine no issues as after it was taken instantly walked away never offered my receipt. Food the first time wasn’t a long wait but both burgers were wrong let alone how do you forget bacon on a baconator. So I ask them and we’re on getting me new ones. In the process the person making them acts if she could care less and continues on. After awhile she goes to remake them again giving me a baconator without bacon. So I asked again and they decide to give me the bacon on the side which is whatever on it I got what I ordered. But then I hear the lady in the back talking disrespectfully about me for wanting what I ordered loud as ever. Seemed more worried in whatever is playing in a large set of beats headphones. Like I can understand an earbud in one ear because I work better with music. But this is my last trip here I have over 10 years in various restaurant environments and never would treat an employee like that just out of respect and I know if I talked about a customer like that I’d be...

This Wendy's closes at 11:00 pm on Saturdays according to their own website. I pulled in line at 10:56 pm and the car in front of me even earlier of course. When she pulled up for her order to be taken? The time was now 11:00 p.m., she was told they were closed, her order couldn't be taken, so she just pulled away. I pulled up to the speaker to place my order and was told they were closed and taking orders stop at eleven. If this is policy for this particular Wendy's it makes me wonder if she doesn't purposely slow down the ordering process the closer it gets to closing time. This establishment could care less if you've been sitting in this line for over, let's say, ten, fifteen minutes to order because if that clock hits closing time by the time you get to that speaker to order? They're denying you service because they can and they do! After working outside in the sun all day thenbub driving twenty-three minutes from home to this Wendy's only to be denied service? Not happy with this...
