I’m typically understanding to a business being understaffed being a business owner myself. But this was absolutely outrageous to wait 40 minutes to get a double whopper with cheese with only a few people in the lobby. The people in the drive through were driving off and leaving waiting to order. I also left the drive through after 10 minutes sitting at the speaker to place my order, went around and parked to go inside. If the store has that bad of a problem, the owner, the general manager, the assistant manager should be working double shifts until they resolve the problem. I will give a big thumbs up to the shift leader girl, who was working the drive-through the counter and helping cook in the back. The person who was the cook in the back was moving at a snails pace. Had no sense of urgency and actually didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. He seemed confused. As a business owner, I work day and night sometimes when needed to maintain my clients with high reviews. Franchise owners of this location need to have it taken away from them from Burger King. They obviously are bank rolling from the franchise name and could care less of their reviews or they would be here. But since it’s a big franchise, they figure people are going to stop here no matter what. Well, I can tell you that I will never stop here again, and I will tell all of my friends to never stop at this location again. Furthermore, I worked fast food as a kid and when someone quit, the upper management or owner would be there to pick up the slack. That’s why I gave 1 star...
Read moreWe waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no vehicles moved forward to place our order, so we backed out and I went into the restaurant hoping to get my order faster. I was so wrong. There was one young girl working behind the counter. She looked like she was new and didn't know what she was doing, going super slow, reading and moving slips of paper. After waiting to be recognized, the manager finally came out from the office to take my order. I mentioned to him that they have an issue at the drive thru and that we had to back out of it to come in, he didn't say anything, just told me my total and gave me my change. There was an older woman working the drive thru, she kept yelling out the food that they were waiting for at the window and going to the girl looking for her oders. I just couldn't believe what I was witnessing. My husband waiting in the car for me, I can only imagine his anger as I waited. Only 1 person cooking in the back. It was 1:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. All said and done, we were there 45 minutes before we received our food. Whoppers were cold. Never going back...
Read moreSlow Slow Slow and they have no idea what's going on inside or at the drive thru. We had a negative experience once before but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Out mistake. Again waited in the drive thru forever. When we got to the window we asked for a second because we have 2 children and 2 adults. Literally 2 seconds later the lady's as asking if we were ready yet. We ordered and they asked for our name.... ODD! But maybe it's a way to keep the orders straight (even though it was just us and one other car behind us, one in front of us) 20 minutes later we get to the pick up window. They give us the wrong order. We give it back, for the 2nd time they asl.us what our order was, (never asked a name) wait again... came back with half our order ugh... wait again to finally get our food. And not a single employee had a good attitude or a sense of urgency. what a nightmare. We have vowed to ALWAYS bypass...
