Servicio es horrible ! La comida ok y dulces ricos . Service is horrible here. They made me wait in line for 12 minutes with only a costumer infront of me . After they noticed me asked me what I wanted ,then stopped to take care of another costumer . They ignored me again even tho they can tell I am very MUCH pregnant ( 35 weeks ) and taking care of my toddler . I told them what I wanted to buy then went to pay and then they said they wanted my ID, apparently there has been fraud so they begun to match id's with debit credit cards name . Wich is ridiculous because some ppl like me are married and uses husband cards for some stuff like treats and groceries. I was so mad I felt bad I took it in the young girl that was new. It's not her fault honestly is the bosses fault for not putting a sing saying that if it's not your card with your name they won't take your order unless you have cash. They will losse costumer because of this . I an for sure not coming back . I always keep going back because I love their treats but today I had enough . I even bought birthday packages to celebrate my sons and husband birthday from then but next time will be going to publix and coco bakery . ATTENTION - THIS FACILITY WILL CHARGE A FEE FOR USING YOUR CREDIT CARD. I decided to try this place, again, after a very long time. The place looks cleaner, remodeled, better organized. I counted 8 employees working behind the counter on a Saturday morning. You would think the service was prompt, but no. Breakfast took much longer than needed. Fries were soggy, ham was the cheapest and worst kind. The prices on the menu on the wall are non existant, they are blank. You place your order without knowing what the cost will be. You are able to see the prices on your receipt AFTER YOU PAY. But...oh wait... No, you don't. If you pay by credit card they don't tell you you will be charged a surcharge. The receipt doesn't tell you EITHER. YOU FIND OUT HOW MUCH YOU PAID WHEN YOU LOOK AT YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. This place is a joke. It is a lack of respect to customers. Food is bad, service is inefficient although there were more employees working here than needed. And you don't know how much you spent until you call your credit card.

I’ve been here a couple of times, and the place looks clean, but the atmosphere is not so much. I usually come here for a quick “Cortadito,” which is a small Cuban coffee with milk and a guava pastry. There are usually one to two people waiting for their quick order as well, but it just takes too long. I have waited more than 15 min before someone acknowledged me, now, to my recent experience ordering a steak sandwich for the price of 10.99, it was NOT worth it at all. There was a small piece of steak on big piece of bread with lettuce and tomato, the taste was not great and would not order this again. I also notice that day that they serve different hot food on the front of the restaurant.

I will say this that tge ladies tgstvwork there are very nice to deal with.

Overall I gave it a 4 star on the food but it is based on the pastry’s.

I will stick to the coffee...
