Shawn and Cody were on time. They introduced themselves and got right to work after a short review of the work requested. They worked "Clean" being very respectful of our home and property and not only protected our furniture as they worked but cleaned up after all the work was done VERY Professionally and competently. They double checked before mounting any hardware (2-TV's) on our walls and were a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail is rare and was very appreciated!! I would not hesitate to use them again, in fact I will request them again for the next phase of our home entertainment system. Counterstrike was a breath of fresh air from a consumer's point of view, from the salesman Andrew, to the EXCELLENT installers, Shawn and Cody. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again! 06/21/2021-Second phase "[Technician, Service] Shawn possesses the proper "Mind Set" for superior customer service. He explains his plans and executes with excellent efficiency. This is the second time Shawn has been to our home to install the next phase of our home entertainment system. As a retired Trooper with 34 years of Police experience, I was a little concerned with installers entering our home, that I didn't know as you can imagine.    Read moreTry to avoid doing business with these people. At the start of our experience they were very friendly and professional- talked about being a veteran - very polite. We had him here in February of 2023. The day he left we started experiencing severe internet problems- but we had to leave to return to chicago before he could get back. We told him we would call him upon our return on April 6 and he just told us now he absolutely could not return until April 28. We paid thousands of dollars and on top of that generously tipped him as he seemed like a nice guy that served our country. His response to us on the phone just now was rude , and he was obviously unwilling to come out to resolve this issue in a timely manner. I won’t be here April 28th and that’s too long to wait for someone to correct their work. * update * currently on the phone with Steve -he was not sure if he can get ownership ( he originally said he was the owner ) to allow him to service sooner. Bottom line - stay away from this business.    Read moreWorst company for your home alarm. They rather look on how to make money out of you than help you with only what you are looking for. In other words they put money 1st before customers. I was with them for a couple of years, Then we decided to go with Vivint for a better experience home automation. Counter strike does home automation but $$$ a lot of money upfront. Couple of months later we decided to go back and have them restart our account but only for the cameras, You see with vivint we can only do up to 4 cameras and we have a total of 7 cameras so 3 cameras stay off service. So we call them to reactive and give us only service fo 3 cameras, very simple. 1st they said will do it for $20.00 a month then the Company owner call me and said to me "we wont do business with you".. I ask him why, flat out said no reason we just wont to business with you.. That shows if it doesn't make sense $$$ they rather just turn you away. I even spend $1500.00 on cameras,DVR,servers from them and still wont help me... I have to say Im really discuss with the outcome and the way they show...
