STUFF-A-BAGEL DELI-BAKERY — Restaurant in Cape Coral

Ever since moving from Nj, I found this franchise which usually is great when you go to any of the other locations. For the past 6-7 months now every single time I place an order from this location it comes incorrect. Being that you are paying almost 12 dollars for a sandwich you assume your order is going to be correct. About 2 months ago I placed an order that had 3 different sandwiches and they all were not made correctly to how it was ordered. I called back and they were nice enough to comp it and have me come back next day and get free ones. But its to the point where I dont even call back because with how frequent the my order is incorrect I dont want them to assume Im just trying to get free food but it is very annoying when I leave my house an extra 10 minutes early every morning to make sure I get breakfast and then when I get to work I open my bag to find it made wrong every single time. Every single time I order the same thing. A toasted Egg bagel with bacon egg cheddar. Every single time its made with american cheese. It is so infuriating having to waste money getting breakfast again becuase its not made right. I think after today I will not be coming back to this location again. Sometimes I wonder if its something personal going on because it seems like it only happens at this location but I wonder why becuase I always leave a tip with my expensive bagel to begin with. 3 strikes and you are out!!!! Been a loyal customer for over 20 years from back at the del prado location. Attention to detail was always on point. Seems since the Disney location opened up, this location has been tossed to the side in my opinion. Wait was extra long 3 visits ago, missing items in order 2 visits ago and the 3rd and final visit was horrendous.. I will add that the food is great HOWEVER, while waiting extremely long for my order this 3rd time, I was able to sit back and watch a circus. Long wait is putting it lightly.. 2 separate people actually walked out after ordering and paying cause they got tired of waiting forever for their order that they never received. Forfeited their money and left pretty upset. I waited a while myself an extra long time. The left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing behind the counter. Owner always seemed to be on site in past but these last few visits I did not see him. My thought is the Disney location is the priority and this location (along with cc pkwy location) that made Disney possible in the first place, may be getting least priority. Disappointing... getting too big for their britches....... hopefully things change for the better and this establishment can get back to the great place it use to be. 2 stars for how great the food still is... losing 3 due to decline in a huge way on recent...

It was my 1st time there I was so hungry. I was so happy to find a little bagel shop to get something. Really quick to eat for me and my kids and they served us cold bagels. I mean who eats cold bagels put cold cream cheese On cold bagels that are basically hard and rubbery.... Then I get a tuna salad bagel that's cold and rubbery. I mean who eats a tuna salad on a cold rubbery bagel. I told the lady it was s my 1st time there and she didn't even care to ask if I wanted it toasted But the other lady there asked the lady next to me if she wanted it toasted . ... I took a bite of my bagel and realized it wasn't toastedathen she told me that I was. Supposed to ask and I said I told you it was my 1st time here you would think you would ask. I'm not gonna sit there and read every sign in the entire store as everyone's waiting for me to order.
