absolutely the worst experience i’ve EVER had at a dunkin… every single thing in my order was wrong except for the munchkins. i ordered an iced coffee with oat milk, 4 pumps of caramel, & 4 pumps of classic syrup (they call it liquid sugar, i figured it would be apparent that that was what i meant), i got an iced coffee with oat milk, 3 pumps of caramel, 5 pumps of “extra swirl”, and 1 pump of mocha. (not entirely sure how that was derived from what i ordered, there’s no way that was even from mishearing me) i noticed that while i was still in the drive through, and i let them know that it was wrong but i didn’t want to wait even longer so i said i didn’t want it remade. i ordered two orders of hash browns, i got both orders in one big bag… the second order was for someone else. i don’t know where the idea to put two orders of something together came from either. i ordered a sausage, egg, & cheese croissant, and that just straight up wasn’t in the bag or on the order ticket. i ordered 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps, but those were in the bag and they seemed fine. i still went back because i wanted my sandwich, & when i went into the store (because i wasn’t about to wait another half hour in the drive through), it took a good five minutes to even get acknowledged by anyone working in the store. they reluctantly remade my drink, gave me the sandwich i was missing, and put the hash browns in separate bags. when i was on my way home i started eating the wake up wraps (again, i ordered just egg and cheese)… and they had bacon in them. i tried to call the store because i didn’t have time to go back and they didn’t answer. besides the annoyance of wraps being wrong, i could have had special dietary or religious needs that made it so that i couldn’t eat bacon. the entire experience was completely unacceptable, and i hope that management realizes that there needs to be major change...

Read moreIt never fails that when I go to this specific Dunkin my drinks are always bad. I try not to go here for this reason but sometimes I have no choice and I always give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they’ll get it right, but they never do. Every single drink I’ve ever ordered from them is NEVER full. There is always at least an inch of space in the cup. Today I ordered a large Carmel iced latte with one extra sugar. Immediately I knew it wasn’t made right when I saw how dark it was. I order this often at other Dunkin’s and it’s always super sweet and milky. This one today (pictured below) had barely any milk, was watered down, tasted stale, and was not sweet at all. And this picture is when I got it home after maybe two sips in the car. I was tempted to go back and complain this time since I never do, but the drive through line was long and I had my baby and dog in the car. I ended up having to mix in my own milk and sugar at home and it still doesn’t taste great. And for $5 I shouldn’t have to do that. I think this is the last straw for me and I’ll go out of my way next time for better coffee at the...
