Industry style ceiling, big tables, employee friendly but not very knowledgeable about products, products are backed with heat without steams, sandwoch are sparingly filled compared to subway and overpriced, the frozen rolls are not baked long enough, croissants overbaked. For me it is a second Bread Pete with a similar offer of German baking products, important frozen. Only difference bread and rolls are sold in self service at Bread Pete. If you are not very familiar with baking German rye bread, do not have your own sour dough and ordered rye and quality wheat flour online, you can take home a nice bread from IBEX.
My answer to the response; Let us compare: subway is offering a 6 inch tuna sandwich đ„Ș incl a big selection of veggies and spices for regular $6.59. Their bread comes frozen to the store too. Your sandwich on a 5 inch sandwich roll comes with tuna, 2 slice of tomatoes đ and one lettuce leaf for $10.99. Not very attractive in price and presentation. When I look at the other sandwiches as presented, there is no "wow". It appears to me that the store lacks knowledge and experience how to prepare sandwiches with love and for the eye. I hope they find a good coach to learn how to optimize the prep and presentation of sandwiches, or as we say in German: belegtes Broetchen...
Read moreCape Coral needed a real German bakery and this place delivers! Whether you are a sweets afficionado or you are looking for a great breakfast or lunch place to spend with friends, this is the spot. I had a ham, pepperoni, and salami roll and left very happy and full. They have the expected strudel, but they also have a selection of other delights. Want a slice of breakfast pizza? Looking for a slice of Taylor pork roll and egg on a fresh roll? Want to spend time with a friend having chocolate croissants and coffee? This place fits the bill. Also, they have a wonderful selection of breads and rolls, the kind you would expect from a real German bakery. The staff is very friendly and most accommodating. I felt the seating was ample for small groups and families to come to sit and eat. I'm looking forward to...

I ordered a breakfast croissant sandwich, iced matcha drink and an almond croissant to take home for the next day and EVERYTHING was absolutely amazing and beyond my expectations! I'm so thrilled to have this incredible place nearby now and cannot wait to try the delish looking pizzas they make! If you're contemplating trying them out, DO IT! You will not be...
