So many mean responses to reviewers. Tracy doesn't feedback, only praise...I had to lower my rating because of this nastiness...Shame on you Tracy...
Staff is excellent, especially Amy. Food is so so, coffee is 4 out of 5!
Today I found out that people's pets are allowed to eat there, as well. I really like dogs, had many, even being slightly allergic to them. A small group walked in today with three large, shedding dogs. Good looking animals. The owner ran out to serve the pets faster than I could get coffee....water bowls, treats etc. I shared my disapproval with the pet owners, but was pretty much mocked. I changed my table. The owner then stood staring at me, (I didn't know she was the owner) so I asked if I could help her. She started into a diatribe about laws, permits, etc...nothing relevant to the situation. Rather than seeing if she could make my meal pleasant again, she ridiculed me. I refused my meal, paid for the coffee, tipped Amy and left...the owner (never introduced herself as such) called the police, followed me to the car, filming all the way. She decided the fight was about pet acceptance rather than pleasing all of her customers.
So, if you don't mind eating with pets, then this is a place for you to consider.. I have visited several times and my experiences until now have been ok. Myself, I will have to eat elsewhere.
Revision: Clarifications...There was no "dine and dash"...I calmly paid for the coffee, tipped Amy $5 dollars and walked to my car talking to Tracy in a calm voice. I was not arrested or even saw any police officers. BTW, I didn't say the dogs were served before me, I was there earlier than the dogs. I said they had faster service. My review did not "bash" Tracy or her business, just an accounting of my final experience. There was a recommendation at the end. However, if you read many of the responses by Tracy to reviews that aren't stellar, she sure bashes them.
Tracy confirmed everything I said in the review, then added lies...Shame on you Tracy.
Then, Scott joined the fray in his "review"...too funny...Tracy told you it would cost me alot...How's that? I was a regular customer, I have many visits to a doctor's office there. Cape Coral has a abundance of restaurants. You know who is really hurt by Tracy's shenanigans? Her wait staff, many customers no longer frequent her establishment, as evidenced by the mostly empty dining area every week when I walk by. Tracy had the opportunity to rectify the situation, not destroy it. Many of the people that work in other businesses in the mall won't eat there because she fights with about parking. Tracy has a reputation for not being friendly.
Scott, I relocated my table as I expressed to you my displeasure at having 3 large animals squeezed in around me. You returned vitriol and we got into an argument. My bad...Also, look up the meaning of ignorance,...

Paradise Deli & Grill, Surfside Blvd, Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.
I have found if you need a great breakfast or sandwich this is the eatery to come to.
My waffle are always done extra crisp as I ask. Eggs perfect over easy, biscuits light and fluffy.
Service is quick and attentive.
I never have had a bad experience yet.

Check out my photographs.
I decided to go here for breakfast. A good idea. I was able to have a waffle with the bacon inside. HHHMMMM good stuff.
I had house potatoes and eggs over easy.
Plus the coffee was delish.
Over all a grand experience.
Service was good.
First time here for breakfast will not my last.

Paradise Deli & Market, Surfside Blvd., Cape Coral, Fl. Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter. I ordered Crunchy Hadhock Fish fry. 13 bucks. I got a mere 2 oz. of cole slaw & 2 oz. of potato salad.
The filet was about 8 oz. When I tried to cut it with my fork the crust broke off in chunks. I had to eat the fish and the fried batter separately. It tasted fine. But it is not cooked or prepared properly if the batter falls off the fish.
The slaw was just mediocre nothing to be impress. Tater salad was just potatoe with mayo and bare min-um of spices.
I thought with this being a feature item it would be their A game. I was wrong.
The best part of my meal was the excellent service
NOTE : Due to weather issues on the internet per CENTURY LINK pics will follow at a later date.
Well I have not found too many places here in SWFL that impresses me but my visit here did. It has been a hidden gem off my radar. I think people wish to keep it a secret.
My Reuben was damn good and the homemade potato chips were excellent. The chips were thicker than you find in the bags. You salt to your satisfaction. They were crisp not soggy. That put a smile on my face.
The Reuben on toasted rye bread. The pastrami seemed to be 3/4 to inch thick, with kraut and cheese. Along with a crunchy pickle spear on the side.
Its located in a mall off Surfside. Unless you live in the area you will probable never know it there. ( a Starbucks is nearby) Open for all 3 grazing periods. Give it a try. I...
Read moreI used to love this place, and I really to keep my reviews positive, but after my experience with Brunch I cannot! We ordered matzoh ball soup that was delicious but the carrots were under cooked,my husbandâs omelette, eggs Benedict dish that was watery and the home fries were totally undercooked. I called the waitress over and told her about my husbandâs omelette (unfortunately he ate it until he realized) and the home fries. She took the home fries back. I told her I wanted to speak to the owner! The owner came over and I complemented her on the soup, telling her how delicious it was never mentioning how undercooked the carrots were, and she loved the compliments! I then told her how about my husbandâs omelette and it was running in the middle, (it was quite disgusting)and she gave us an excuse about how she cooked it, and did not realize that there was a bubble in the middle and i quote âDo worry about it itâs cookedâ went on and on about it smiling. It may be cooked but most people do not eat runny omelettes. She also gave us an explanation on how they boil the potatoes first and then cook them. This was totally not the case with these potatoes for sure, and then gave us back uncooked potatoes. CUSTOMERS DO NOT WANT EXCUSES! If there was a problem we want taken care of. I personally do not even want the money back just correct it! She offered us a discount on the bill. Walked away and left the plate on the table. When I told her we were not going to eat it! Thats how I was able to take pictures of it. Then we get the bill and she did indeed did take the meal off. We still paid $38 and were charged $16.00 for two small bowls of soup and my breakfast, which I never even complained about, but if that was coming out of my kitchen and I saw it I would not be happy with whoever made it! This is a place I really enjoyed going to. They even have outside Seating and a little Deli inside. Everyone has bad days, what really got me was the excuses, the inability to look at our table and see that my meal was also unsatisfactory or even ask! From what we understand our waitress is only working there two days and she was very apologetic so we did have great service from her! Unfortunately I...
