Prior to the hurricane, I felt like my body needed a reset. Iâm a long time juicer and juice faster and decided a 3 day cleanse would give me the reboot I needed but where to find a place that can provide me with the juices? Up until this point I was laboriously making the juices myself â very time consuming. Then I was on my way for a Starbucks and voila! I saw Pure Green Juice & Smoothie. My prayers were answered. I walked in and inquired about a three day juice fast and the manager was so knowledgeable, showing me different options for the fast. There was one for beginners (more fruit juices), intermediated (less fruit juice) and experienced (mostly green juice). I was sold. The next day I brought my very unwilling husband in to join me on this fast and again the manager was so accommodating to my husbandâs questions, doubts and fears about the juices not tasting good. The manager let him taste the juices before committing to them and even told him that he could eat some fruit if he felt that he was still hungryâ music to my husbandâs ears! Hubby went with the beginner package and I went with the experienced package. I asked if they could keep the juices until we were ready for them as there was no way my fridge could hold that many bottles. The answer â yes! And so we embarked on our fast. Each day I went to pick up the juices. Hubbyâs and mine were separated into two shopping bags and the staff had written down phrases of support on our bags to help keep us going!!! We finished the fast successfully and even hubby had to admit it wasnât bad. The encouragement and expertise from the staff and owners was beyond. I LOVE THIS STORE and plan to do a quarterly cleanse. They also have delicious smoothies! I you want to try juicing or are experienced and donât want that hassle or expense of doing it yourself, please visit Pure Green. ...
Read moreI am disappointed in the service I received earlier today at your Surfside location. As a loyal daily customerâoften ordering once or even twice a day, seven days a weekâI was shocked by the unprofessional, rude, and condescending treatment I experienced from an employee named Aiden.
I had placed my usual order for a custom Pure Protein açaĂ bowl, an item I am very familiar with. Unfortunately, the bowl was missing the scoop of almond and cashew butter. While Iâve often overlooked minor issues in the past, I decided to call this time to address it.
To my dismay, Aiden insinuated that I was being dishonest and dismissed my concern by saying he didnât âhave timeâ and needed to âget back to his jobââas if my concern as a paying, loyal customer was unimportant. His tone and demeanor were completely inappropriate and unacceptable.
I requested a call back from a manager to address this matter. I believe in the values Pure Green stands for and hope this incident is taken seriously. No customerâlet alone a loyal oneâshould be treated this way.

Update: The owner Michael returned my call promptly and was very apologetic. The owners have always been very welcoming and very customer-focused during my encounters with them which is why I decided to amend this review. The actions of a few team members certainly shouldn't overshadow the great customer service the owners and the rest of the team exhibit daily. Thank you for All...
Read moreI really enjoy their acai bowls. Their smoothies are good too. But I've also experienced having whole pieces of fruit in a smoothie. (Different employees blend more or less thoroughly, I guess.) I understand their heavy emphasis on vegan options. But I do wish they had more high protein options. I kind of also want to see their attempt at adding coffee to their blended products.
The staff have always been polite and friendly. And they do pass out free samples of their products on a frequent basis. You will be waiting for a while when the place is busy. But during slow times service is prompt.
The layout of the restaurant is not designed very well. But they made the best with what small business space they had. The main lobby leads into a narrow pathway that leads to the ordering register, and the restroom. During busy hours that pathway can get congested.
Overall this place is worth a visit. I often visit the neighboring Starbucks to get a coffee, then head here to eat an acai bowl. The staff doesn't have a problem with the coffee, I assume as long as I order something here. Miss Lauren makes an...
