Kreips & Juices — Restaurant in Cape Coral

Went to Kreips and Juices for the first time today (September 24, 2022) with my husband and child. I first saw them on Instagram a while ago and everything on the menu caught my attention.

We walked in not know anything. I wish I would have caught the employee's name but she was Wonderful! We were greeted after walking in and she asked us if this was our first time to which we told her yes.

She had a smile on the entire time we were talking and there. She gave us some info while showing us the menu and told us where to go when we were ready to order.

After looking through everything we made our final decisions and ordered. It came up to about $45 -$50 and some change if I remember correctly.

We ordered 2 Peach Paradise ($6.99 each), 1 Hawaiian Breeze (6.99), 1 Chicken Cordon Bleu Crepe $7.49), 1 Strawberry Delight Crepe ($7.99) and 1 small Birthday Cake ice cream ($5.49).

Everything was delicious 😋. The smoothies we had with water instead of milk. They weren't overly sweet. My husband loves his Strawberry Crepe with the Dulce de Leches sauce and my Chicken Cordon Bleu Crepe was to die for! The young lady in the pic is the one who helped us all the way through.

So whomever owns this place or is the manager I hope you show your appreciation by giving her a raise and letting her know that she did a fantastic job with welcoming us and being...

Do not disregard my review. Please take notice of the customer service shown in the response from the owner and how they attack the customer in every unfavorable review on this page! This was my first and last experience and I wish I'd read the rest of these reviews first. TERRIBLE QUALITY FOOD and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered Churrasco crepe (Skirt Steak) online. My co-worker picked up the order and I received a Chorizo Crepe (Pork Sausage) When I called, the lady on the phone explained the difference in the two meats over and over. I told her I was well aware and I did not want pork and asked if I could bring it back and get what I ordered. She put me on hold for a long time then came back and said her manager said no, and then went on explaining the difference in meats again. No receipt was given at pickup and it just wasn't worth it to keep arguing with her. The Chorizo was disgusting and went right in the garbage. Wont ever eat...

Love the food here, have been one of my top favorite restaurants for a few years until last week. My husband and I ordered 4 crepes over the phone on Wednesday and they quoted us $42 and some change. I knew the price was wrong because on Wednesdays they have a deal for breakfast lunch and dessert crepes for $6.50 each. When my husband went in to pay he reminded them of the deal but they didn’t honor it. They simply told him that the deal was only for breakfast crepes. I feel like they tricked us with their advertising for the $6.50 deal. It makes me never want to order from them again.

Update - I’m definitely real. I live less then a mile from your location and frequent it quite often. I believe we ordered 4 Lomos on the 27th. Thanks for trying to minimize my review instead of trying to be civil and make it right, or at least apologize for the miscommunication in advertising. And thanks for clarifying what the Wednesday offer gets you. No where is that posted in the offer - I think you should be more clear.
