Being new to pawn shop selling I chose Capital Pawn due to its' reviews. I had several electronics that I just did not use and that I did not want to go through the hassle of posting on Ebay, LetGo, etc. So I decided to try a pawn shop. When I walked in I was so surprised to see all the items they had. I was greeted by a very nice guy who then explained he would be happy to get someone to help me as he was working on something. He asked Patricia to help and she was awesome! So knowledgeable, so friendly and took the time to research what my items were worth and if it was even worth my time or hers. I waited while she checked out my things, {I had quite a few) she gave me suggestions of ways to sell if in fact I did not want to pawn and was just "in the zone". I ended up taking her offers and walked out very happy! Extremely fair prices and more so excellent customer service and knowledge! Kudos to Capital Pawn. Exceptional service, brought in some goods for cash and they paid much better than four other local pawn shops. Moreover; they have a good selection of merchandise with much better pricing. Joe, he was great with mens watches and adjusted my band without scaring the face. This pawn shop is a hidden treasure and during my shopping it was constantly busy with clients coming in, shopping, asking questions and other business venues.
