Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cape Coral

I have been a customer of Papa Johns for many years. I am from the companies home town and still have roots their. I want to say I have never had a worst experience at any store across the country as I had last night. Ordered on line a normal pizza, after my order I saw a ninety minute wait ( I never had to wait that long even during Super Bowl) but I accepted that, finally the pie arrived and was told by the driver he had spilled garlic sauce all over the box which was not an exaggeration, accepted that since I had waited so long, opened the box to find the pie must have been carried sideways because all ingredients where to one side. Contacted the manager (Devin)to explain my situation. I was told by Devin he could not do anything except send me out another pizza, my response was how long he said ninety minutes I ask why he explained that he could not put me in front of new orders HaHa, I told him I already paid my dues with ninety minute wait, my explanation went to a deaf ear, I even ask him to repeat his logic to see if it made any sense, again to a deaf ear, so I did not get a new pizza or a refund, as I said in the beginning I have never experienced such bad and rude service from any store, I would hope the franchise owner sees this and the many other complaints about this store, my order number 0086 08/04/19. If you want to contact me. I am also going to do this same remark to corporate because they have the right to protect their Brand. I will remove Papa Johns from my go to pizza and replace with Jets...

The reason I am giving 3 stars instead 1 star is because of the 2 young ladies who waited on me late night... The online ordering was not working the night I ordered..which I have an account and didn't get my points I should had definitely received the night I ordered.. and then ordering by calling directly was a nightmare.. I was not allowed to get the online pricing for ??? Reasons.. and when it was time to pick up the order which was supposed to had been delivered but was not for reasons I'm still not sure of.. I called and told them I was coming in directly.. the service given in person was a 360 from calling and other attempts.. I still didn't get the prices I should had but upon explaining to the young lady what had happened.. she did give me an additional pizza for my trouble ( the order was to originally been 5 pizzas) and she took off 10 bucks.. it still was 20 dollar's more than online pricing..but because she was so nice and did act apologetic that I believe that makes up for the original mess.. also I'm happy to say the pizza was delicious and fresh tasting.. I can say there definitely appears to be some help needed in this location but the 2 woman who waited on me June 17th, 2023 at 1045pm did upon my request to remedy the issue did try maybe not the way I would had hoped for but they did try and I appreciate that, as well the...

Placed an order for pizza and wings on 2 separate occasions. They delivered the pizza to a different house. First occasion they remade it and delivered it to me with no apology just an attitude and this time driver was lying saying he put it on the purple box like i instructed. I left a green pampers cruisers box out there plus i was watching out the window to see them arrive. I tracked them coming into my neighborhood and 5 minutes later it stated delivered....no car ever pulled up to my driveway and no pizza to be seen. I call them and delivery guy tries to make me out a liar. I will NEVER order there again! They said 3 buisness days for refund and trust me, i will look for the refund....if its not there, i will personally show up and demand one! Update: after i packed up my toddler to go get our food at wendys, i saw my pizza two doors down on my neighbors front door on a purple crate. I video taped my evidence. Looks like the delivery kid needs to go back to school and learn his numbers and learn the difference between a box and a crate.
