Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Cape Coral

This place could easily be a 5 star for us and has been in the past however my last visit definitely changed my opinion of it significantly when I witnessed how the manager treated a homeless individual, and how rude and seemingly heartless he was, even not allowing other customers to pay for her food who offered , and addressing her loudly and publicly so everyone was made aware of her situation, then demanding her gratitude for allowing her to even eat there to begin with, I love cicis and we are long time customers of cicis our location was the Port Charlotte store before it closed and I know personally the manager of that location he always ran that location with excellent food, cleanliness, and top notch customer service, this location has a great owner too ❤️ and there food and cleanliness is also great, However this specific manager is not great, hes judgemental and rude, and he is very confrontational ive had words with him in the past over the way he speaks to people and how he dictates what someone can do with there own money, a example would be not allowing me and my husband of 15 years to enjoy a large Togo cup together and insisting we get a water as well because "no sharing" even though we are purchasing two adult buffets, and the large Togo cup is a additional up charge that you would think would be a good thing for them if we ordered it.. however he makes a point to tell us no you may not share it! UMMM excuse me but if I choose to drink after my husband or him me in a disposable Togo cup thats our buisness none of yours! And its stuff like that in my opinion small details that are petty that this individual really enjoys making a big deal out of! I will never look at this location the same though after what I witnessed with how he treated that woman last weekend! In my opinion it was unacceptable! I'm sorry if my review offends anyone but I will never be sorry for standing up for equality no matter what your status is! Side note: the other employees where all friendly and excellent, This manager has potential to be great too if he could just treat people better, again I give this opinion as a regular and its based on more than 1 visit and witnessing more than one offensive gesture from...

i love the cicis pizza buffet of cape coral. there is nothing quite like it. upon entering i am greeted by a spunky 20-something year old who has much potential in life to do amazing things, but works at the cicis part time. charity work at its finest 💕. the first thing i do is go to their drink fountain, which is abundant with different coke and pepsi products to chose from (nice one mr. cici 😉😉😉). always flavorful and chilled to perfection. next i start with the cheesy garlic bread, my god is there nothing like that cheesy garlic bread. so cheesy, garlicky and doughy due to the poorly performing ovens. something so charming about it, so enchanting. the first real pizza i grab is the spinach and cheese, pretty mid nothing else to say. the white sauce and cheese pizza is quite delectable, not too strong but still a good contender. the salad bar contains quite a nice ranch dressing to dip the buffalo chicken pizza in, a wonderful combo in my humble opinion. now there’s one thing i’ve been leaving out of my review, the most iconic pizza, the icon of cicis, the moment we’ve been waiting for with baited breath, the one, the only, mac and cheese pizza. when god created man he left a special message in the depths of his mind to be rediscovered in a time of dire need… mac and cheese pizza. when the first big inventions were created, the concept of the mac and cheese pizza was still just a thought, an idea to be had. mac and cheese pizza is the glue that holds america together through these trying times, and the way they withhold it from us is criminal. the wait for the mac and cheese pizza is almost not worth it, but when you first bite into that piping hot cheesy goodness, the secrets of the universe are unlocked. time is a construct, society is just a prison, and mac and cheese pizza is all that matters. cicis pizza is the vessel for all of gods miracles, a greater metaphor for human nature. thank you cicis. i’d be nothing without you.
