Starbucks — Restaurant in Cape Coral

Worst Starbucks ever. They always have new people who don’t know what they’re doing and are always slow. The cold brew seriously always tastes horrible and each time my same simple order tastes different and not in a good way. I thought it was because it’s a Starbucks that’s inside target but the Starbucks inside of the fort myers target is always on point. This one is also constantly out of cold brew, venti/ Trenta cup sizes, and various food items. Oh and the cake pops are always hard as if still frozen. Don’t mean to be a Karen but today was like the tenth time in a row where I’ve gotten to my car to try my coffee and it was so gross I literally threw the whole thing out (Trenta size too🫠) I could tell it was made with sugar in the raw because I took a sip of a bunch of granulated sugar and I only use stevia so obviously it wasn’t made correctly. Picked up an iced Americano as usual, drove to the office to take a sip of my coffee and it go all over me because the lid wasn’t on all the way. Guess it was my fault for not checking it but when you order something black with no room for cream or sugar, you would think they would put the lid on all the way. So not only did it go all over me. It went all over my 2024 Tesla as well. Make sure you check your lids. It’s also hit and miss at this location whether you should go inside or drive to the drive through. some days you can stand inside at the counter for 10-15 minutes and they won’t even acknowledge you because the...

I frequent target and often goto this Starbucks, about 75% of the time they tell me they are out of cream when I order coffee. The good employees figure it out, and being they are in a target they just go back and pull a creme off the shelf. But there is one guy that works there that is always wearing a mask, he always seems like he is in a bad mood, and rather then going and getting cream off the shelf he insists they don't have cream.
