Subway — Restaurant in Cape Coral

i wont even give a star!!! i've tried this location twice this month an found myself in questionable situation....do i say something to the employees or write a review? since the employees looked lost here i am.. my first visit was nasty, meaning a employee came from outside into the store and without washing hands on using gloves, started messing with food, while another employee washed his hands then tried the paper towel dispenser, which was empty, dried his hands on his backside!! Today i was overcharged two dollars for my meal...of course i asked why and got my refund.. but after eating half my meal watched an employee ( same guy that dried his hands) spray cleaner on the top of the sneeze guard from the front of the counter getting the cleaner mist plus all over the food behind the counter!!! needless to say this is my last visit to this location EVER and suggest others to stay away for...

I was there around 5:30pm on Monday, while waiting I was looking around. My turn came, told what I wanted, and watched, he grabbed the meatballs from a metal container, I asked if they were fresh, he said yes, not, the time posted on the tin said 9:30am-1:30pm! I asked about it, his response was something about not being busy & his brother didn’t change the time, I call bullshit! When I got home, I began eating my Italian and the bread was stale could hardly chew it, hurt my teeth! The attitude was horrible! I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know to do the same! I highly recommend the subway on del prado and Cornwallis. Friendly and most of all fresh, I should never have tried this other one!! Please heed my warning!! This subway should be sold or closed permanently! Stay AWAY. After years of going here they must have recently got new owners like every subway around the area. My wife and I went in to order and there was 2 guys working. 1 was on his phone on speaker making sandwiches and then continuing to touch his phone with his gloves on then grabbing topping after to put into sandwich. The 2nd guy finally comes out of the back and takes our order. Wife got buffalo chicken sandwich and she wanted extra buffalo sauce on it and the guy said "that looks like enough to me" and stopped to take my order. While staying to make my order I notice the guys nose is dripping snot while working on my sub.....barf..
