Disappointed - This was our second time to eat here - We arrived a 5:10 pm on a Sunday and didn't leave until after 7:00 pm. Granted they were busy, but we were patient, we had our granddaughters and wanted them to try one of their Over the Top Shakes we had seen on the website. Unfortunately they don't make the shake we wanted any longer, but is still posted on their website. I am diabetic and cannot have sweet tea, which is all they offer. If you like diet coke I guess it is fine, I don't. Would recommend if you can make sweet tea, why can't you make unsweetened tea? My order consisted of the Shrimp Fry Pie, waitress said it was huge. Disappointed upon arrival - cold and barely had enough fries to cover the bottom of the basket . I didn't want to send it back because we had already waited an hour. The most disappointing thing about our visit was not the cold food or long wait, but when we paid our ticket they were charging a service fee to use a credit or debit card. This wasn't told to us, it wasn't posted; I didn't know anything about it. On our trip the weekend before we used CC and there was no fee. If they are going to charge a fee they need to inform their customers. They didn't have a problem posting "No Checks". Customer beware - if using a card plan on paying a fee or bring cash. We recommended your business to several of our friends and our customers; as we too own a business. We are going to have to tell them about our experience and let them decide for themselves now.

I am sorry you misunderstood my post. I believe you try to make everyone's experience a pleasant one. To clarify In this case, I did ask for the fee to be waived and whoever was running the tablet, as well as the other staff who were standing there said the fee COULDN'T be removed as it was built into the program. Which I knew was not true as I put our charges into our program at our store and I know they could be removed. My point is if you are going to charge a fee for using C/C or debit card as payment, then you need to let the customer know how much additional you are charging them. Again we felt 2 hours was a long wait for (2) Hotdogs, Grill Cheese and (hardly any)...

HORRIBLE! DO NOT BE A PATRON!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone! We were in town visiting family & they were raving about this place - great slider burgers & shakes. Ordered the shake & they were out of milk! Ok, so, fine, we ordered 2 waters & 2 sodas. We all chose the slider special. And the server said it'd be a 45 min wait for burgers. (There were only 3 other tables on a Saturday early evening). Disappointed, hungry and unable to get the two things we'd come for we decided to go elsewhere. We told the server & she said she'd bring us a bill for the 2 un-touched sodas. WHAT? Irritated, I asked for the manager (why should we pay for the drinks?!). A lady came over all smarmy - moved my purse & Sat down real close to me complaining about some rush they'd had. I told her I'd like the drinks comp'd since we weren't staying due to no milk & it'd be an hour on food. She then got very rude informing us that she wasn't just the manager, she owned the place & we would pay for the drinks. Outraged, we went to the register to pay (as I said we were visiting family otherwise, I'd of happily waited for the cops over 2 un-paid sodas in a place that couldn't provide regular menu items either at all or in a reasonable amount of time) and this lady loudly & rudely continued on about their previous rush and treated us like were we bad people. It was crazy! I've worked every position in a restaurant for over 25 yrs including mgmt, and never once did I berate customers! Especially if the issue was the establishments fault! HORRIBLE,...
