This McDonald’s is completely understaffed. After waiting 5 minutes to get to the drive thru I ordered a mcCkicken and a McDouble and then waited another 10 minutes to get to the first window. There were not a ton of cars in the drive thru, maybe 5 or 6. When I got to the window an employee ran my card and then proceeded to told me it was declined. After giving her a different payment method, I checked my bank account only to find out I had been charged. Then after the employee ran my second form of payment she said she realized that the first one went through and knowing I would need to get my money back from the second payment, she said “let me get the manager”. After at least 7 minutes had passed the manager arrived with the employee at the window and proceeded to give me a refund. No one apologize led to me, the manager left the drive thru window, and the employee told me to pull forward. When I got to the second window (over 20 mins since I pulled up at the McDonald’s) the manger was there and proceeded to tell me to pull forward because they were “waiting on fresh chicken for the mcchicken”. I pulled up and after 10 minutes the manager came out with my order and simply said, “ your food is in the bag”. NOTHING ELSE. No apology no nothing. It took over half an hour for me to get two sandwiches while they “accidentally” overcharged me for the sandwiches as well. This McDonald’s is understaffed and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I will either drive farther to go to the other McDonald’s in the future or not go to McDonald’s in the future at all. Do you job. Say you’re sorry. Most importantly, have...
Read moreI'm leaving my previous review and adding to it. Out of the last four orders, i've been missing something or the food was wrong every time wrong drink wrong order entirely straw and sanwhich missing missing machiatto Executive and general management are clearly not doing anything to improve the operayion here. It's a freaking circus, and they need to plug someone else into this position. Also I would like to add. I was having a roundtable discussion about business matters with some colleagues and mentioned my last few experiences and literally all of them had stories to tell about this restaurant. it's absolutely awful.
The skinny kid with the ponytail needs to be let go. With the drive through window open, he speaks with a foul mouth and by this morning was bragging about getting drunk and driving. Little did he know I lost somebody very near and dear to me to a drunk driver?A couple of weeks ago. Absolutely unacceptable, and if the manager let him stay through his shift, shame on them. He was laughing and speaking about it like he was very proud of it and then mentioned he had drank a lot more and drove a lot farther another time. And I won't go into the rest, but not things.I wish to repeat and absolutely not acceptable. I am disgusted what made it a 100 times worse? Is when I mentioned to the girl in the drive through a window that I heard what he was saying and that it should not be tolerated. Especially in the airshat of a customer, he was standing over there smirking, looking right at me. Get this person out of your restaurant. They are going to lose your business...
Read moreEh, mostly a place where you get what you pay for, although the prices have hiked over the past 3 years. Daytime tends to be fine, though expect to not get your sauce and your orders may be wrong on occasion, as with any fast food joint. This location is open 24/7, though I would advise to not go during the night time drive thru. Been a few times around late work shifts when I needed a bite and have witnessed a few things, between two people nearly fist fighting in the parking lot before one driving away and the other chasing after in their car (among other incidents with people yelling threats at each other for not moving up in the line, that happens a lot), as well as drunken college kids poking their heads out to vomit (that was a fun watch right before getting food), but that's just nighttime customers being what you'd expect in this area, though I did feel unsafe. The registers always seem to be broke after 8 pm and so they end up having to log in their payments manually while only taking cash (which you can imagine would make a line of 3 quickly turn into a line of 15+). As for the workers themselves, they tend to be a bit rude at night as well. Once just had to leave when a worker eventually came to the speaker with an attitude and a sharp "what do you want?" Overall, it's McDonalds just...
