Rice Noodle Cai is my favorite Chinese restaurant. The location is not in the best area, but that is forgiven when you taste the food. I drive out of my way to pick up honey chicken with lo mein because it is that good. The glaze is perfectly crunchy. The taste is sweet with a hint of spice, and the noodles tie it together. The egg rolls and won tons are kind of bland, but that is ok. There are many good options on their menu and you really can not go wrong with the chicken. The portions are huge for the price.
