Comix Strip — Local services in Cape Girardeau

I love how special this place is. The owner is beyond friendly and makes me smile and feel welcomed every time I come in. If you show an interest in any hero or series, he's very willing to assist and adore the comics with you, showing great enthusiasm and skill in his trade. The selection is wide and thick ranging from old school comics to new releases weekly in all of your favorite heroes and more, but it can be hard to contain yourself from buying more comics than planned. If I can, I try to come in at least once a week and escape reality to this little shop of superheroes and the worlds they protect. The owner is willing to work with you and order things you'd like if he doesn't have them on hand and even reccomends things for regular customers, which to me shows attentiveness to customer satisfaction. A loved one passed away and I needed some money till I got paid. Told me the value of my comics was next to nothing and gave me $300. Turns out just One comic of the Boxful of comics he took was worth $7,500. He basically stole money from my family. He should have given at least half of the fair market value for a resale situation. Totally not fair business practices. Watch out for this scammer. I hope he's happy that I just paid his bills for the next several month at the cost...

Must see store. Stopped to see if they had magic cards (they don't traffic in the cardboard crack sadly), and instead found a chill shop that made me want to get back into comics. The owner was super personable, and when I told them that I was looking for old Jurassic Park comics, knew exactly what I was talking about.
