I attempted to visit this establishment at about 6:50 this evening. I had looked up the hours on Google which verified that they were open until 8PM. After pulling into the drive thru, directly after a truck, I watched this person roll his window down and order a smoothie. After he pulled forward, I pulled up to the speaker, waited a couple minutes and then was told by the person inside that "Because we are five minutes until close, we're not accepting any more orders"
I wish I would have pointed out to the person that it was actually closer to 10 minutes before 7, NOT five and what kind of establishment turns away paying customers BEFORE the business closes?! If you want to stop serving people at 6:55 then MAKE THAT YOUR STORE HOURS. Not only that, but your Google hours says you close at 8. I can't get over the fact that they served the person who pulled into the line literally seconds before me and not myself.
As someone who has worked in the customer service industry my entire adult life, this is not the way you create new and loyal customers. I will not be visiting this business ever again and I will urge others to proceed with caution when it comes to...
Read moreTook my wife here the other day. The girl taking our order through the drive through kept snapping at us that she could not hear me even though we were yelling and leaning out the window! That's your problem, young lady! It's a young girl with a long brown pony tail. We order a 32oz smoothie and we werent even ordering she goes "ok pull around". We werent done and when we try to add to it she gets an attitude. My wife was trying to take the order and was already having a bad day. Then we order the same thing for our second choice, but with a different size and spinach added. And she goes "okay so you want two of the same thing"...... no! We ordered two different orders! She was not understanding anything we were telling her and was treating us like we are incompetent... This young woman's terrible customer service ruined our experience with this place. I felt embarrassed... and sorry for my poor wife... Several other locals here and I have discussed our poor experiences at this business. It seems like there needs to be a change in training with these employees.

I pull up to the window “order when you’re ready” I respond “hi there can I get a 32 oz hulk coffee vanilla” she responds short “pull to the window” I pull up she takes the card and goes to hand me a small drink. I say i wanted a 32 she takes drink back saying nothing. I felt awful. She comes back later and does apologize and hands me my drink. It’s lighter in color this time. This one is the hulk but has no coffee. I was really looking forward to my caffeine boost and idk if it was deliberate or not. It still tastes great always does but it’s just disappointing. I love smoothie king and go a lot but I’m just getting really tired of the “idc” attitude and frankly rude service. I get most people don’t like to work but man I just wanted my smoothie.
