Roost — Local services in Cape Girardeau

The inside is beautiful. There are tons of great options for flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, and outdoor spaces. I am renovating my whole house and have substantial needs from multiple departments. The problem is the store is not practical for “regular” folks that are working under a budget. Nothing in the store has a price tag. I have a budget. I know how much I can spend for flooring, countertops, etc. It is not practical to have to ask for a price for everything that peeks my interest. Additionally, the one thing that I did ask a price for, a quartz countertop, the staff could not tell me. Apparently only one person in that department is able to actually say how much something costs, so if they aren’t there, well, I guess you’re out of luck. I usually prefer to shop with a smaller store like this as opposed to the big box stores, but it just isn’t practical for me.
