I submitted this to the corporate office online as well. I ordered online and put the time for it to be finished by 10 am. I arrived at 10:30am, because I was delayed, to find my 3 sandwiches sitting on the counter waiting to be wrapped up while the guy, Will, was making another order for a guest. He should've finished wrapping up my order BEFORE starting on hers.
Will used his left forearm to wipe his nose while making this woman's order and used that same arm to reach over my sandwiches for toppings for her order!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!! I stood there for at least 5 minutes before I said something!!!! I was so disgusted watching him reach over my sandwiches with the arm he just used to wipe his nose!!!!!! UGH!!!!! I drove into town just for my order, and now I'm afraid to even eat it after seeing what he did in front of customers!!!!
I'm horrified and disgusted. All he had to do was let the woman know he was finishing up an online order, wrap my food, bag it, and put it in the holding area, and I would not be so angry!!!! But he chose to leave my food on the counter, open faced, while he wiped his nose with his forearm, then proceeded to reach over my food with that same arm!!!!!

Read moreThe lady who was working on 6-13-24 at 2:30 PM was extremely rude and hostile. She did not aknowledge me waiting in line and came out sighing and slamming stuff around. It took over 5 minutes to get help and the other worker came to help me. I was the only person in the restaurant. The worker has a very bad attitude about everything and the tone of her voice was extremely rude. I am not one to write reviews but this worker made me extremely uncomfortable to the point I thought about leaving. I ordered mozzarella cheese and she rolled her eyes and said we don’t have that anymore and if you want it you have to pay extra then when I ordered my fountain soda she told me to check and see if there was any ice in a rude voice then asked if I still wanted the drink, I said I would take a bottle and she was also rude about that. Josh was the best and always took great care of his customers and was a joy to talk to in the morning. I went in this morning and apparently they are once again, under new management and it was a terrible experience and I understand most of the previous staff is no longer there. I will not be going back ever again. Josh should have been your "new management" He was the best employee you had. Made customers feel welcome and it wasn't just me, I saw it in everyone he spoke to. Too bad for you, and I'll spread the word . Another co worker of mine always went for lunch salad. Plenty of other subways around town.
