Saturday, February 15th, 2025. The sky had opened up early this morning. With Mother nature dumping rain all day, i wanted a warm meal, ultimately deciding on this fine local establishment to nourish me.
As I walked in, i could smell the fryer. The gentle buzz of patrons talking filled my ears. The room wasn't very bright, but it was dark outside from the storm. "Yes", i thought. This was going to be a very nice place to eat and rest for a bit.
The young lady that greeted me beside the podium that read "PLEASE WAIT TO BE SEATED" had a kind smile. She inquired, "How many today?" I just raised my right index finger and said "Just one, thank you".
"Alright, where would you like to sit?" The bubbly greeter asks. I expressed interest in a booth, if possible, a table would also be fine i told her. She states "oh I'm sorry our waitress just seated 3 groups, so that isn't possible." As i look behind her, to the right, there is an entire row of booths, unoccupied To my left is a young couple seated at one of 4 tables. Behind them, another row of 3 booths, empty.
"Would to you like to sit at the bar?" The twenty-something asks as i take note of the twenty-somthing empty areas I'd like to sit at. "Sure, ok." I exclaim, slightly exasperated at the the thought of sitting on a bar stool. She stares at me. "Should i seat myself, or..." "Yes just have a seat we'll be right with you." She explained. I was starting to feel out of place.
After saddling up to the end of bar, i could see a row of customers to my right, each without food. I sat, deciding to pass the time watching YouTube until my server came, sincerely wondering when i might eat as no one around me (except the young couple behind me) had their food.
1 minute turned to 3, 3 turned to 5. As i wait, i fold a paper towel into a makeshift phone stand.
After 7 minutes a tall blonde finally asked if i was there to pick up an order for delivery. "No, I'm just here to order food." Trying my best to smile, not knowing if i am successful. "Ok, what would you like to drink" she asked, looking flustered. "Pepsi, please."
She hands me a menu and heads back to the kitchen. When she returns, she asks if I'm ready to order. "Yes ma'am, 10 traditional TNT wings and a half order of loaded tots." She asks if i want ranch or blue cheese. As I'm not an animal, I ask for blue cheese.
20 minutes later she brings my food. I eagerly eat some tater tots, knowing the wings are going to be extremely spicy (you can't eat spicy things or wings on an empty stomach). The tots are very good, although the nacho cheese was only on 20% of the taters.
I grab my first wing and can smell the heat. These are going to be great! As i bring it up to my face i notice the wing is bare on the bottom. No sauce. Not even a speck. I flip over another wing and another. All bare on the bottom. I wave my server over, explain they haven't been tossed.
She states "Oh, you have to request the wings to be tossed, we just dump the sauce on top. That's our style here."
"Ohhhhh, ok. Can we please toss these for me?" I ask, dumbfounded at this odd practice. "Sure thing" my waitress states while picking up the basket.
She returned 2 minutes later, wings properly sauced. "Here you go, i tossed these myself for you". I thank her and grab a drum. The smell is incredible, wings are dark red with spices throughout. I eat the first one without the reprieve of blue cheese. The spice is nice but the sauce literally tastes like sand. Gritty on your teeth sandy After this entire debacle, the wings are borderline inedible.
I got a box, gave a 20% tip and will eat these tomorrow after i rinse them off and add my own sauce.
Greeter: 5/10. Just let me sit where i want if the place is 85% empty, and let the waitresses know if someone is there to eat.
Waitress: 8/10. Let your customers know if the wings have to be requested as tossed. I've never heard of this before, ever. I've eaten a lot of wings in a lot of places.
Tots 9/10: could use more nacho cheese
Wings: 2/10....

Put in all my card information, pressed pay and it said my card declined. So I double checked my information to make sure it was correct. Everything was correct so I pressed pay again. Same thing, said my card declined. Then I get two text messages for both transactions. Checked my account and yes they charged me twice. Two $20 transactions but my card supposedly "declined" .. So I go inside and speak to the General manager and he says there is nothing he can do that I need to contact OLO. Even though it's on the Wings etc website. So this is the 3rd party you hired to take customers orders. & then when things go wrong you brush customers off like you have no responsibility in it once so ever?? And then when I tell the GM I'm gonna leave this review he said I needed to leave his restaurant and not come back. Ha! That's okay. Even though I spend money here on a weekly basis and just wanted my $40 I just lost to be taken care but okay. There is other places to get chicken wings trust me! I wish I could've spoke to the owner myself we could've had a reasonable conversation but the GM is a BI* . So please be careful placing orders online. They will take your money and tell your "my hands are tied" call OLO....
Read moreOn Saturday, March 4th, my family & I visited your location around 2:30 pm. There were 6 adults & 3 kids. We all ordered wings, fries & chicken tenders. The place was almost literally empty. Directly behind us was a full table of employees, who were eating & visiting, including the manager. We asked about our food after about 30 minutes & we were told it wouldn’t be too much longer. After 57 minutes of waiting, we asked about our food again. The manager just said they were coming off of a lunch rush & they were trying to get caught up. We told him we didn’t need excuses, we just needed our food. The manager’s response was, ‘Well if you don’t like it, you can leave!’ 😡 Little baby Jesus was with that manager because I didn’t hear him say that. I was talking with my grandkids. I would’ve came unglued. How disrespectful of a manager. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 15 years & know better than to say that to a customer. Also, we got fries 20 minutes before the wings. Then everyone got their food except my daughter, who had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes, making it well over an hour. Food came out cold. Could barely get drink refills. None of my family will visit this location again!!! (The pic is to show that there was barely anyone in there. We are the table to the back right & the employee hangout was the table...
