Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Cape Girardeau

HIGHLY Recommend any coffee/tea/energy drink lover who wants to start of their day or EVEN make their day better by coming here.

My wife and I have been coming here 2-3 days a week on my days off since December/January and we cannot start our day right until we get ourselves Ziggi's! The lattes, cold brews, and americanos either iced or hot will always hit the spot. It's difficult for me to pick so I tend to go based on what I am feeling at that very moment! They have a VERY GOOD variety of flavors and creamers. I enjoy classic half n half but have absolutely enjoyed adding their cold foams (which you can choose to flavor) or changing it up by going with almond milk/soy milk. I've not had a bad experience at all. Since I work, I don't have time to always drive over so we would buy a bag of the Notorious blend grounds and make coffee at home! Definitely the best grounds I've ever used on my French press!

When I am in the mood for teas, the selections here are top notch and you can choose between black tea or green tea. The Dragon Fruit Splash w/ Green tea is possibly the best Tea I've ever had in my life. If I'm not feeling well, the Citrus Sunburst definitely helps give me that extra boost in the day.

If you are not in the mood for teas or coffees, the energy drinks will give you a JOLT. I've enjoyed the cosmic blast and Ziggi's have their own energy drinks they use for it! Definitely better than red bull or monster!

We occasionally bring our kids here and they have always raved about the fruit smoothies! The strawberry smoothie is a huge craze between our kids and its made with real fruit.

The customer service and consistency is one of the biggest reasons why we frequent here! Alex and the rest of the crew would cater to anything anyone needs within their means! If you're not sure about what to get, they can definitely provide...

Wow.. an employee first introduced herself as the store manager. I think her name was Dominque...she seemed sweet enough until she became annoyed that she couldn't hear me over the loud background. I called the store back after leaving, I had two drinks made complete wrong. And was annoyed they left out two of my waffle breakfast sandwhiches... anyways Mrs.Dom decided my call wasn't worth the trouble. She told me I could call back tomorrow and talk to the owners if I wanted to, that she didn't care about that.. but she was going to hang up now... I didn't even have the chance to finish saying" excuse me?!" Before she hung up... unbelievable... I have owned and ran businesses and restaurants.. I would fire that employee in a HEARTBEAT. The owners are entrusting you to take care of and manage their place of business as they would in their absence... your job isn't to allow your emotions to dictate your responses to your owner's customers.. but your customer service should bring that customer back... absolutely unacceptable. No excuses for that level of dialogue between a manager...

I left in tears. I was told at the ordering board that I could taste test it, instead I was given a fully made coffee. When I didn't like the taste after asking the person taking my order if she could recommend anything to make it sweet and being told I could taste test it, they then gave me some creamer in a condiment container, which when I poured into the already full cup got coffee all over my cup holders. They did offer to remake it however, I didn't see the how that was going to help the situation, since I had asked before hand about flavors and that is what I got. I ordered a vanilla ice coffee, it came black. Not only was the coffee horrendous, they didn't even ring up my kiddos refresher in the same ticket, they had to do it all over again at the window.
