The first thing I'd like to say is that the web site says Pinkys open at 7AM but when I arrived, it was closed and opens at 7:30AM. I’ve only had breakfast here but they always nail it. Today they had a soppressata and red pepper omelette special which was incredible. Staff are always quick and friendly with a really nice atmosphere. You can even sit at the bar if you want that old timey diner feeling. Really great service and staff. Usually low wait times from time the food is ordered until it reaches the table, unless they are super busy. They have some of the best tasting breakfast around, lunch items are slightly less satisfying but still good overall.
