Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Carbondale

I ordered pizza through the Pizza Hut app, not Doordash. I paid almost 70.00 in food and when they delivered, it was through Doordash. I called the store when Doordash said they delivered my food, and hand delivered it to me, asking why I don't have pizza. They told me I had to call Doordash for a refund. I called Doordash and at first they couldn't find my order because I didn't process my credit card through them. I was transferred to several people in Doordash. They FINALLY found my order and issued a refund to Pizza Hut. I called the store 3 times. The first two times someone picked up and then automatically hung up on me. The third time a pleasant young lady answered and I explained the situation. She stated she needed to get a manager. To my surprise, but why am I surprised, I am currently ON HOLD to speak to a manager for 32 minutes now. Still NO ANSWER. Do Not Order at this store. You know, if they expect Doordash to live up to Pizza Huts Customer Satisfaction, they need to hire them. Quite honestly, when they have that pizza in their car and delivering it to me, they are employees of the company and that driver REPRESENTS that company picked up the order from. This is extremely BS. Its almost damn near borderline credit card fraud quite honestly. They are responsible for that food to get to me because I ordered the food. AND almost 70.00 too. Pizza isn't cheap these days. If they refuse to issue the refund to me, the customer that pays their check, they have no business being in business. I am now 38 minutes and no manager. Very dissapointing! I ordered a pizza online and was supposed to receive the pizza at the time that was posted.I drove there to pick up the pizza at the time I was given.The pizza was not done they had to throw it in the oven to cook it.The guy working was rude also.I had a 100$ bill I guess he thinks all 100$ bills are counterfeit he was very rude about it.I don't think I will ever order from this pizza hut again it's always a bad experience there are many pizza places here that have great customer service and you don't have to wait for your pizza when it's supposed to be finished you receive the pizza and get to go home.This is pizza hut needs better management and better customer service and for the food to be done at the time you are given not 20 minutes later.Just awful I don't recommend this pizza hut.Its the worse one I have ever ordered from it's always a issue I'm not coming back I will spend my money at a professional pizza establishment...

Are you kidding me this place is a joke. I ordered a peronal taco pizza and I got was beans on a crust with little lettuce and chopped onions and very vety little cheese on top no taco chips on top. I asked waitress about it and she said thats how it comes. I thought all Pizza Hut franchises had to have some standards they go by to what all the rest have. GUESS NOT. Bathroom smelled like a dirty diaper. Womens restroom door would not open all the eay because the floor was un even. All the doors were filthy with black grime from people pushing the door open with their hands. I felt like I was in a car garage building then a Pizza Hut.
