Terrible customer service, they will never get another dollar out of me and I’m calling corporate, they treated me so inhumane, placed an order for two pizzas , and one was made wrong , I called up there around 9pm and it was the slick comment of “ your order was made at 7pm and you’re calling at 9 soooo “ I told them I can bring the pizza with me as proof. So I get there with MY INCORRECT MADE PIZZA AND MY RECEIPT IN MY HAND THAT HAD THE CORRECT WAY MY PIZZA WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MADE !! And they still tried to fault me like it was my fault their employees was incompetent and made both pizzas the same way , instead of actually doing their job and paying attention to detail ! I went in calm and irritated , and left out embarrassed and degraded , I did everything correctly, brought in my pizza to show I didn’t eat it along with my receipt to show it was rung up correctly but just made wrong , and even gave them back the pizza for them to throw away cause what would I do with a pizza that wasn’t made with the correct toppings , they called the general manager in who handled the situation poorly as well which made me see where the employees get it from , I’m not understanding why would I bring in both pizzas when the other one was made correctly and eaten ? Was I gone get both of them remade for having to go through that trouble ?! I will be calling corporate because that was uncalled for and definitely not right , all because they didn’t want to take responsibility for making my order wrong , the general manager said she’s going to flag my account like I was in the wrong , I am so disgusted with this store , and will definitely do whatever it takes for them to be held accountable for their poor customer service cause anywhere else if they made your order wrong , and you come back with the item to show them it was made wrong and you didn’t even take a bite out of it , they would of remade it no issue , why would I bring back the other item that was made correctly...
Read moreThis location is so inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza is phenomenal but once in awhile we'd get a flop. However, it's no longer once in a while, it seems more frequently to be awful. We ordered four medium pizzas with a quoted delivery of 39 minutes. It took over an hour to be delivered, and sat in "quality check" for most of this time. One would think, since they spent that much time on the so called quality check that the pizza would at least be edible/what we ordered. You would be wrong. The one pizza was burnt to the point of being inedible and one the pizzas wasn't even close to what we ordered! I also have no idea how long the food sat on my doorstep because the delivery driver didn't even bother to knock or ring the doorbell. So, obviously it wasn't exactly hot. When we reached to Domino's about the multiple issues with this order, we received an automated "apology" and an offer for 20% off our next order. Why would I order from you again?...
Read moreAs a long haul truck driver we tend to eat Domino's often and try different locations across the country, the last five times we've ordered it either sucked, the order was wrong or something with it...so we had vowed to take a very extended break from ordering Domino's... however last night we were in a pinch and decided to order late night...I ordered thru the app like I always do and saw that someone named Jason made our meal and a Jason delivered it. Last night totally made up for our past 5 bad experiences. Everything was perfect! Our pasta dishes were on point! There was enough sauce to cover the pasta and toppings were there Nas expected unlike our past experiences. Our garlic twist had a tiny bit of crunch on the outside and fluffy on the inside! Perfect! Domino's needs to send Jason around to all the other Domino's to show them how it's done! Give Jason a raise!! Our delivery Jason was cool too! He was Quick...
