I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Burger Lounge, which compels me to write this review. I encountered a burger with a peculiar, fishy taste, a clear sign of poor food quality (It's not my first time ordering from Burger Lounge so I know what it's supposed to taste like). It was so bad that I'm worried about becoming sick from just having tried it. When I brought this to the attention of the restaurant manager, his response was shockingly dismissive. He fixated on the irrelevant point that their kitchen doesn't mix fish with beef, completely sidestepping my actual concern about the burger being stale or overcooked.
The manager's attitude was not just unhelpful but outright rude. His repeated dismissal of my complaint felt like a direct implication that I was either lying or mistaken. This level of disrespect and failure to acknowledge a legitimate customer concern speaks volumes about the poor management at this establishment. It's a glaring indication that they may be knowingly serving substandard food, showing a blatant disregard for both food quality and customer satisfaction.
The phone conversation with the manager who sounded like an older white man with a deep voice, was so poorly handled that it has completely turned me off from ever ordering from this establishment again. The lack of accountability and customer respect was appalling. This incident, especially during a time that wasn't even busy, has left a lasting negative impression.
In stark contrast to this experience, I've consistently received quality service and food at other establishments. It's clear that good management is crucial in the food industry, and unfortunately, Burger Lounge falls dramatically short in this regard. For anyone considering a visit to Burger Lounge, I would strongly advise...
Read moreI had the 1/3 burger combo with fries no other addons.
I arrived before the usual dinner rush hour so things were dead so I got my food fairly quickly. The waitress was very polite and attentive!
When my food came out they had already included a dipping cup of ketchup, I absolutely hate the stuff and I would rather they ask if I want that before serving it. Save themselves the waste.
She (waitress) did immediately ask me if I wanted something else when she saw my expression at the ketchup. I asked for ranch and got it quick. So because of this they keep 5 stars over the planned 4 (if I could do half- stars that would be my rating).
Burger was filling and juicy, the fries were actually good on their own they didn't need the ranch but they still tasted good with them. They reminded me of Five Guys fries only cooked longer for a crunch.
The drink offerings were fancy craft made sodas, water and shakes. I think I saw beer too but don't quote me on that. I got the ginger beer and it was amazing. It was lightly sweet with a good spicy burn to it. Highly recommend...
Read moreI normally get the Turkey burger, which is the only Turkey burger I eat besides the one I make at home cause they are BOMB! Last time (bout 3 weeks ago) we decided to try the Husky and it was soooo good, I almost went back and got us another one to share. So last night, after debating what to eat for dinner. We remembered how good this place is and decided to place an order for pick up. We know it's expensive-ish. But I don't mind the price if I'm eating quality ingredients. So I come home to eat what I think was one of the worst burgers of my life. We got these Greesy Overcooked patties. With no flavor whatsoever (I like my patties medium) Just disgusting. We were both so disappointed. The kind of disappointment where you ask yourself if it's worth eating? After spending $30 for two Huskies, small fries and a side of grilled zucchini we ate our food, but I don't know if I'm ever...
