Hello Boba Tea & Cafe — Restaurant in Carlsbad

I ordered hot brown sugar coffee and they gave me the plain ice one, can’t taste sugar or anything in there, plain like milk and water. PS: the owner claim they didn’t have brown sugar coffee, then what’s this one lol? There’s some other boba shop named hello boba tea& cafe ?
