Carlsbad Mall — Local services in Carlsbad

I feel like more discretion and choice of what goes in here would be better to suit the local population however I don't know who actually owns this particular complex. Covid-19 I know killed a lot of the business within however I feel like this mall could be and have potential to be great as long as we could get some more dynamic stores to mix it up a little bit and have more variety I'll be praying for this complex and the owner as well as the stores inside hopefully this mall could be built up and get bigger and better as the years progress and as...

PRESENT: This place looks empty there are rental spaces Closed No Activity going on in the mall. Years ago I worked in the Carlsbad Mall. when All the rental spaces where open and something always happened.

PAST: The mall had BEALLS, PENNYS, ZALES, Aladdins Castle game room full of kids, there was a restaurant, jewlery store, etc...

FUTURE: I don't see the Carlsbad Mall staying Open unless the spaces are open and something going on. Grady Ferguson, 52 yr...

There really isn't anything to say. This place is not somewhere you want to go. There is 0 stores here. I actually drove up with my wife because I didn't look at the reviews(my bad) and took one look and told my wife I wasn't going in. It looks like that one alley that you pass very quickly at night, so as to not get mugged. Why this place has not been demolished yet is a mystery to me! There is a Big Lots next door that we picked up some pretty good keto items...
