The food is alright but i don't recommend eating the sauce chicken as it is frozen thawed sauce, they also sometimes keep the brioche buns for burgers in front of the employee bathroom which feels unsanitary. Remember to ask if they have Cheddar Peppers or Onion rings before ordering as they consistently run out towards the end of the night. Most employees are friendly and try to do their jobs well. As a friendly tip get a medium ice cream anything, the larger cups don't often get mixed properly as the mixer simply can't reach the bottom. The smaller cups sometimes get destroyed by the mixing machine if the employee on ice cream is inexperienced and may cause unexpected delays or ice cream being soupy from over mixing. Most often they have the ordering bays and app shut down due to understaffing or just generally the manager not wanting to deal with that and the drive through. When the app is on you should park closer to the patio table type thing if possible so there's less chance a worker could trip and drop your food and if they forget something like a straw it takes virtually no time to get one. However if its busy and you use the app i suggest you try to find a stall thats on the side across from the patio as if you park right at the patio and there's a line you'll likely be trapped until the line goes down or someone holds up the line to let you out. Her ID badge was concealed, i had to ask for it. She only gave me one ice cream when I ordered two, and it melted waiting for the rest of my order! When I asked for her to put it in the freezer until the rest of my order came she did not appear happy about it and closed her window on me in mid sentence, rude! She later gave it to me still melted and told me she put it in the refrigerator...'yea right'. I could type a ton of pages of the sub part service I received tonight at Sonics.
