Northgate Shopping Center — Local services in Carlsbad

This review is in no way a reflection of the businesses within the shopping center,but a review of the shopping center itself.

The buildings in the shopping center offer some great businesses at a very nice location. With that said, the shopping center is in need of some major improvements due to poor management. There is zero security, the entire parking lot is riddled with pot holes and in need of repair ( I seriously worry about damaging my vehicle with every visit. Finally there is not any kind of information kiosk within the shopping center. This dollar tree is a big one and nice inside. But it would be better if the employees where nice. Most of them are extremely rude and have conversations about how they hate their job.
