We had Hoosier Tropical Sno join us for our neighborhood’s end-of-school celebration, and they were a hit! We usually go with Kona, but this year we wanted to try something new and support a local business—and we’re so glad we did. The tropical sno I got didn't have enough flavoring in it and was just ice in the bottom but not that big of deal. The main problem is when my daughter tasted hers and and did not like it. I tasted it and confirmed it was nasty because of a guava syrup they had used. I asked if they would replace it with a different flavor and they told me No. I was not about to give them more money if they refuse to stand behind their product. Tropical Sno is fantastic! We hired them for an outdoor event and are so thankful we did. The employees are polite and engaging with the customers. The owner came and took the time to show us the food truck, which was spotless, and introduce us to the event workers. Everyone young and old loved getting Tropical Sno. We will absolutely use them again! I also highly recommend the other locations for special treats. My kids and I love to visit the shacks...
