Listen, I'm a regular here. I come 2-3 a week on my lunch and today was the final straw. Your new guy is rude, creepy, and all around SLOW. Most of the days that I come in you have a line to the door because of this ONE PERSON. Every other worker is kind but stressed and desperately trying to pick up his slack. Today was the final straw for me. I asked him to cut my sandwich in half at the very beginning because my five year old daughter and I were splitting a sandwich. He proceeded to say "It's a sandwich its designed to be cut in half." First of all, RUDE. That's really horrible customer service. Keep in mind that its lunchtime. Online orders are piling in. I have gone to dozens of Subways if not hundreds, this is the first time I heard this ripoff scheme😂. The female staff told me that she was instructed by the manager to do this way.
Another male staff was preparing my sandwich with the meat. He was listening to whatever he was listening to with his AirPods when I walked into the store. He never took the AirPods off, never greeted me. I thought he can hear me, then I went ahead and told him what bread and meat I want as what I would do in any fast food restaurant.
