THEE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING "MANAGER"!! EXTREMELY FILTHY RESTAURANT AND DIRTY KITCHEN!! FIRST TIME THERE FOR BOTH MY SISTER AND I AND WILL NEVER GO BACK!! WALKED IN, GOT NO GREETING OR ASSISTANCE. WAITED FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE SAID A WORD AS THEY SAW ME STANDING THERE LOOKING CONFUSED AS IT IS A VERY CONFUSING AND UNCLEAR PROCESS. SOMEONE FINALLY ASKED US WHAT WE WANTED. WE ORDERED OUR SANDWICHES (WHOM BTW WERE TAKING TO MY SOCK FATHER) AND ASKED THE EMPLOYEE WHO TURNED OUT TO BE THE "MANAGER" , WHO I LET KNOW WHAT I WANT ON MY SANDWICH. SHE SAID THE EMPLOYEE NEXT TO HER WOULD. SO OK, WAITING FOR MY SANDWICH TO COME OFF THE GRILL, 10 MINUTES LATER, A VERY RUDE "COOK" WALKED TO END OF COUNTER AND YELLED MY NAME, I WAS STANDING THERE IN COMPLETE SHOCK AS NOT A SINGLE PERSON ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED ON MY SANDWICH AFTER WAITING PATIENTLY FOR 10 MINS, WHEN I ASKED THE SANDWICH MAKER/CASHIER WHY THEY DIDNT ASK ME WHAT I WANTED ON MY SANDWICH SHE LAUGHED AND SAID IT COMES WITH WHAT IT COMES WITH AND YOU CANT CHANGE OR ADD TO IT. I SAID THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE "MANAGER" WHEN I ORDERED MY SANDWICH AND I WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME TOPPINGS. SHE LAUGHED, DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR SHOW ANY SORT OF EMPATHY AT ALL. SHE LOOKED AT THE "MANAGER" AND THEY BOTH LAUGHED AND WERE WHISPERING RUDE COMMENTS ABOUT ME. THE "MANAGER" ALSO STATED SHE NEVER TOLD ME AND MY SISTER THAT WE WOULD ADD TOPPINGS WITH THE SANDWICH MAKER AND AGAIN, ZERO APOLOGY OR CONSIDERATION WHATSOEVER!! LITERALLY THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT A RESTAURANT!! AFTER MANAGING A DELI MYSELF FOR IVER 9 YEARS, I WOULD FIRE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES THERE TODAY, ESPECIALLY THE "MANAGER" AND VERY RUSE, DISRESPECTFUL CASHIER!! The last time I ordered I came in an hour after to pick it up the 3 subs, asked about my sub 3 times and spent 45 minutes waiting for it only to find out they had never even started it. I told them to just refund my money because my lunch was only 30 minutes and I didn't have any longer to wait. Once i got back to work i realized the other 2 subs in the bag were completely wrong and nothing that anyone ordered It took 3 months for us to try it again being today. I ordered and waited an hour and a half to come pick it up to make sure it was done and get here for one of 3 done and in the bag and now find my self again waiting (20 minutes and they're still not finished) for my other 2 subs to be finished, there were 3 people here when I walked in. Let me mention also we informed Tommy the manager before these 2 listed incidents about how terrible our service had been the last couple times and we agreed to try it one more time because he said he would make sure it wasn't an issue again. Obviously the only 2 times we've ordered since talking to Tommy were even worse. At this were over this establishment and I will stick to getting Jimmy johns and subway. Both are much faster and they don't mess my order...

This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike’s in Carmel (6/27 @ appx 1:30pm), and the experience was just okay. The older gentleman who initially helped me was great—friendly and patient as I looked over the menu. I decided on a wheat turkey provolone sub, and that part of the interaction was smooth.
However, things went downhill a bit when he handed off the sandwich-making to a younger male employee. When he asked if I wanted it “Mike’s Way,” I wasn’t familiar with what that meant and asked for clarification. His response was begrudging and lacked courtesy, which left a negative impression. I clearly asked for tomatoes, banana peppers, and relish. Despite that, he added pickles instead of banana peppers. When I corrected him, he visibly mumbled something to a coworker and scraped the pickles off—putting them back into the bin—before finally adding the right toppings. That part felt unsanitary and dismissive.
The rest of the staff, including the young lady who completed my order, were fine—neutral but not particularly warm. The sandwich itself was alright, but nothing memorable.
Overall, not the best first impression. I might try another location in the future, but I wouldn’t rush back...
