Shout out to Nathan for being awesome! As a cashier, Nathan is your first impression of McAllister's Deli, and his kindness and helpfulness will make your day. Similarly, shout out to the staff here, sorry I'm forgetting your names. God bless all of you here!
McAllister's Deli is wonderful! They have delicious and healthy sandwiches, salads made with clean and fresh vegetables, and best of all, McAllister's Famous Sweet Tea!!! 🍵 The sandwiches and salads are at the same price point as that of Panera Bread, and it's apparent that McAlister's Deli is a competitor to Panera. But what sets McAllister's Deli apart in the higher-end sandwich and salad industry is McAlister's Famous Sweet Tea! 🍵
The tea is an experience. Make sure to fill your cup to the brim with ice, because McAllister's Deli brews its tea strong and hot. The tea is a perfect combination of flavors, from the earthy bitterness of black tea, balanced by the sweetness of pure sugar and the zing of freshly squeezed lemon!

Read moreGreat food when we get it. But the this location has really gone down in service. The manager was extremely rude on two occasions. The first time she could tell I was becoming frustrated with the lack of service by the cashier and stepped up to me with a raised voice, “Do we have a problem?” And I said “yes we do, the cashier has no idea of your procedures and I have to prompt every part of the process.”
The next time I went in was on a night they closed at 7pm. I walked in at about 645. All I wanted was a soup and salad. The phone rang and the same manager said loudly, “we’re closing in ten minutes, if they wanted food they should have called sooner!” But that wasn’t what bothered me.
I say this with zero embellishment, I had to tell the cashier lady 7 times that I wanted a pecan berry salad and vegetable soup. This was way too complicated and eventually I just left.
The franchise owners need to send help to this location ASAP!
But food is always good at...
Read moreI order a scoop of chicken salad nearly every day from the 116th location. Today, the "manager" tells me that I have to pay $3 per scoop, instead of $2.75 per scoop I have always paid in the past, because they were unable to "find the button" on the register to ring it up. In spite of me telling her I just purchased it yesterday and there was definitely a button for it, she wouldn't budge. After nearly 10 minutes of her looking for the right button, I left and probably won't be back. A "manager" should know how to operate the register and should be far better with her customer service skills. Shoot.....after waiting nearly 10 minutes while the manager played with the register, good customer service would have been to just let the customer have it for free if you can't ring it up. You just lost a customer that has eaten there at least 500 times over the past...
