Update to my update: decided to give the drive thru a shot. When ordering I could barely understand the dude. I had to have I’m repeat stuff multiple times. Not particularly bad. When I get to the window and they hand me my food I get my Carmel frappe which is filled like a medium. It was more Reddi Whip than frappe. I got ripped off. The guy didn’t say sorry or anything just handed me the drink and said your welcome.
Update to my previous review: Today I decided to give this location a chance to redeem themselves. I was the only person in the store, waiting at the counter for someone to take my order. The manager looked at me a few times but kept working the drive thru orders. I coughed really loudly to get their attention. Then one manger said in a rude tone to use the self order kiosks. I was taken back! never have I been forced/told I had to use the self order kiosks. I walked out and will never return to this location!! emails and phone calls will be made to upper and regional management ASAP. I have been to this location 4 times and every time have had a terrible experience. Never Go Here!!! There’s a great McDonald’s a 1.5 miles south at 31 and 96th and another 2.5 miles north at 31 and 151st St!! Save the trouble go to those Instead!
Original review: Very nice almost brand new McDonalds, but staff fail keep it even remotely clean. Almost all the tables are dirty and I’m looking at about 15 table makers just left everywhere. They don’t even bring the food to your table. I thought that was the whole point of the table markers? I’d like to see everyone get fired including the store manager and new people get brought in.. maybe then this place would be worth more...

Omar gave great customer service. His thoughtful attitude and attentiveness were appreciated. As a person with professional background in dietary management and corporate matrix governance merchandising I was impressed by this particular location’s unique ambiance and charm.
I was surprised by the lack of patronage represented by volume at the time of my visit. This phenomenon seems to be reflected in the overall price point increase for this particular franchise deterring a larger volume of patrons. The employees behind the counter (master chef included) took the time to come out from behind the kitchen and make their presence known and say hello to me. The manager took the time to ensure the dining area was clean and comfortable for me.
The staff could be heard communicating in a joyful manner while they were preparing the two orders— one for the drive through and one for the dining area. This observation was reassuring to me professionally. I plan to return and bring a group for meetings, as the layout is conducive to this particular need with respect to quality control and customer satisfaction to guarantee that they return on a predictable schedule.
Overall this location sets itself apart from the other nearby competitor as the modern cleanliness and quality standards of the staff are self-evidently superior by their demonstration of responsibility reflecting in their purposeful shared attentive...

Told woman at pick up what we ordered and what was on screen when ordered. The very rude woman argued with us trying to collect additional money telling us we did not order frappe but a coke. We ordered frappe not coke. She argued with us to the point that we requested to speak to the manager. We we told to go to pick up 2. The same woman came to that pick up and continued to argue with us. No manager came came to the window. If the woman we were dealing with was the manager she did not say. If she was the manager, she should not be. Shame on the manager for not coming to speak to us. Exasperated at this point we asked the impertinent woman for our money back and will not be returning to this McDonalds. McDonald’s in general is declining in every aspect.
