I ordered my drink ahead of time through my phone in the mobile app. When I arrive their were several people waiting over by the mobile order pick up and I could see numerous drinks sitting their but no one was coming over to see if they belonged to any of the people waiting. I also stood there for awhile waiting and still no one was assisting the customers in the mobile pick up area and we were not allowed to grab them to see if they were ours. Since I waited so long and I was already in a hurry I did reach to turn one drink around to read the label and see if it was mine. Then a girl barista rudely told me to not touch the drinks and poured the drink I barely touched out and told me after asking my name that I needed to wait. So ai stood there again waiting only to find out that my drink had been sitting there but it was made hot instead of iced like I ordered. So then the same barista told me and then said she had to make another drink first after I had already been waiting and waiting for a drink I ordered way ahead of time. So another guy barista came over because he knew I was in a hurry and asked what I ordered but the girl intervened and said she would get it. Before she did though she started saying a bunch of stuff to me and I couldn’t make out anything she said because it was loud and also because of the face mask. I told her I just need the drink I ordered. So finally she made it correctly. I felt that this employee was very rude. I understand due to Covid they don’t want people touching drinks but also if they are going to do it like that then someone needs to be there assisting people who come in and see if the drinks waiting are any of the people standing there. No one should be waiting that long to be handed a mobile order drink especially if their drink is sitting on the counter waiting. Also I feel it was very uncalled of for her to dump the drink when I only touched the lid. She could have just switched it to a new lid. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two venti drinks and two small sandwiches. The total was about $28. When we got to the window, one of the drinks was their smallest size, filled mostly with ice. I told them I had ordered a venti. Clearly annoyed, the employee told me I had to drive back around while they made the right one because I was “holding up the line.”
I didn’t feel like arguing with a kid, so I drove around. When I came back, my drink was sitting on the counter. I waited another 2–3 minutes before she finally handed it to me…again, 3/4 ice and barely any coffee.

I had the Ice Toasted Vanilla Shaken Espresso, as a tall with these customizations. When I went to the pickup window and saw this, I was surprised less than half the drink was filled up. I asked if that was all I would receive, I was told that since there is nothing else they can add to it, that’s what I get. “We can’t just fill it up with oat milk. If you have any questions, ask that guy.”
I honestly was livid and didn’t even bother to get a refund or ask to have it fixed... I drove home, took a pic, and threw this drink away.
