My mother and I went through the drive Thur about 3 weeks ago. Our order was Partially incorrect and cold after waiting for 15 minutes in drive up lane. I called restaurant and talked with the then manager “Moe” and told her Our issues and requested that she replace only the incorrect or cold items, she insisted to replace the entire Meal, I agreed and Told her I wouldn’t be back with my mother for several weeks- she doesn’t drive and lives in a separate household. Yesterday I took my mom out and decided to go to Wendy’s to replace the food in which we had paid over 24.00 for. I pull up to window and tell them “Moe” told me to come by to replace our order. They had the nerve to say “Moe no longer works here, why would she replace an entire order and we can’t honor the request.” After discussing in great lengths at the window they said to come inside and they would take care of us ... my mother is disabled and I was not prepared to go inside to address this issue- so we pulled away and went to another restaurant. My biggest issue is my mother like All retirees is on fixed income she chose to spend 24.00 on a meal that wasn’t really Edible and Wendy’s whom I’m sure makes thousands and thousands of dollars begrudges a 75 year old disabled women her meal replacement ! ...
Read moreGiving a 1 star review because this location is NEVER open to the time that is listed. tonight i came by at 10:45 on a saturday, when they were supposed to be open until midnight, and they were already closed. the last time i came into this location, i went through the drive through about 2 1/2 half before close and i waited over 25 minutes for my food even though i was the only order. half of the staff was sitting in the dining room with their friends drinking sodas, and after over 20 min. of waiting by the door in my car, i went inside and very nicely asked if my order was almost ready because i had been waiting outside for quite awhile. one of the employees sitting down snapped at me and said they were making fresh fries and i should be grateful. i’ve worked restaurants and customer service all my life, so i know how stressful and annoying the job can be. but i came inside and spoke to the workers in the nicest way possible, and that treatment was not okay. after deciding to give this location a second try and them being closed so early, i give up and will be taking my business to the next nearest wendy’s...
Read moreThe food was good but when we ordered, a red haired woman working cashier took our order. This woman didn't read out order back and when we got our food she didnt give us a receipt. When we parked to eat, we were charged for a chicken sandwich that we only asked for details on and said never mind, didnt get sauces we asked for, no fork, and no sour cream or butter for potato. When we went back through and told them that we merely asked what the price for the chicken was, she said "I read your order back for you.... just so you know", walked away and grabbed the manager. She didnt read it back and had an unnecessary attitude that was completely uncalled for. The manager was cool and handled it well, but I'd highly, highly suggest checking your order before you leave the line and be ready to be talked to rudely. This isnt the only time either, my girlfriend comes through here and orders frequently and she is always given rude words. They shouldn't keep this employee considering her attitude and lack of concern for the customers, but that's above me. Just make sure you check your order and ask for a manager...
