McDonald's — Restaurant in Carmi

This is one of the several restaurants or fast food this town has. So of course I tend to stop at least once a week for a quick bite to eat whether it's for me or my kids. Unfortunately this McDonald's has a tendency to always mess something up. Whether it is from waiting forever to get your food, they forgot to give you something, they messed up something in your order, or you get someone else's order. It is always something. I tend to get on Google maps to look up times certain places open or close. Especially since covid19. Well to my knowledge according to this site McDonald's in my area opens at 4 am. So I head to McDonald's at 5:20 am. Go through the drive thru just to learn that they are closed and don't open for another 30 minutes. So please update your freaking information. Cause that is bs. This whole franchise here in Carmi freaking sucks. For 20 years it is the same bs here. At least you can count on them for one thing, They will mess something up. That is what they...

Update: (this incident was after a major soccer game I believe, and I was too harsh... Since then, and other games such as football... It isn't above and beyond, but it is worth visiting for some quick food you don't make yourself 2025)Got told to pull in to a parking space. Watched frantic workers run car to car for 25 minutes asking if anyone has ordered the food they were bringing out. When I was finally done watching 6 vehicles(family filled) get served before us...I got frustrated and walked in the door. Found a gal with our miniscule order. But low and behold...NO DRINKS! They made them quickly from that point... Bottom line: 25 minutes is WAY TOO LONG of a wait for McDonald's. Did you know I can go to Walmart and for the same price make 3 times the servings AT HOME AND IN THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME. You make more money than I do as an ACTUAL LABORER...Please try a little harder for us poor tired...

Me and a friend were going through the drive through and had to park off to the side. We waited for about 10 minutes and 2 of the employees came out with our order. We ordered an ice cream cone and food. The employees went to the other 2 cars to the left and the right. I jumped out of the car and told the employee with the ice cream cone it was mine. I had to eat the cone before it became a puddly mess. It got all over my hands and mouth. The employees told us they would bring us napkins after discovering that there weren't any in our bag. Once they got in there they were taking too long. My friend met them at the door getting napkins. Also, this morning I ordered an EGG McMuffin, they didn't put an egg on it. I even checked my receipt! I didn't tell them because I'm just used to this stupidity...
