The Oasis — Restaurant in Caro

I was on the phone letting them know they got my order wrong and when I explained how I ordered they said well you have to select NO Pickles , NO onions , etc when on the app I ordered from (which I had explained already) did not contain that option but to SELECT FOR IT to be added. Then I was passed to someone else whom works there and then the employee proceeded to say “you don’t need to have an attitude about it” No ma’am I did not have a tone, attitude, or smart remark come out of my mouth at all, I simply stated I got the wrong order and how the app is different then they’re “protocol of me having to select NO onions etc” That was not there. But thank you for making it more complicated than it needed to be and playing victim of a made up scenario of me having attitude because you guys just didn’t want to remake the order and or replace it because it was “my fault I did not select A invisible button that doesn’t exists on a app I ordered from” maybe you should not use the app and then blame your customers for not wanting to give them what they paid and actually ordered.

I’m giving 3 stars for a few reasons.

In a party of 10, that have 2 small children, my kids got their food absolutely last. I gave my children my meal as they patiently waited while only 4-5 of us had got our meals first and some of us were done before everyone who was still waiting. My childrens meal should have come out first

A table of ten people who wanted to share a meal together, well.. didn’t.

There was no discount offered for our 45 minute wait to bring everyone their food.

The waitress did her best. She should of had some type of help.

The Steak breakfast was AMAZINGGGGG. I was here on vacation for my moms wedding and my step dad suggested it. And about 4-5 of us ordered it and we loved it!!

Just finished lunch at the Oasis, upon entering the business I found the decor and organization quite pleasant, the cleanliness of the business overall including the men's restroom! Is outstanding. . Our server was pleasant and timely. I was amazed at the variety of food available on the menu. We ordered burgers, for a small additional fee we both upgraded to doubles with onion rings. And are happy we did so ! All items were prepared exactly as requested and assembled with care. The coffee was good. The overall experience was a pleasure. And I would not hesitate to drive out of my way to enjoy another meal at this establishment. I have no doubt the owners go to Great lengths to ensure a quality experience. And it really shows. At this time I would like to thank .....not only the owners but also the staff for a most pleasurable dining...
