Caro Tobacco Outlet — Local services in Caro

I go here almost everyday they have a good selection of cigarettes, tobacco, tubes, alcohol, soda, & vapes. Their glass & smoking apparatus selection is mediocre and definitely on the expensive side. Some of their pipes are outrageously overpriced , not gonna lie. They have some food like snacks and candy but the selection is very limited & they do not accept EBT. The staff is great other then the owners, they are kind of off-putting & creepy, especially Harry, the short bald guy. He is always calling girls gross pet names like baby & sweetie, which I personally do not appreciate, but from what I can see they only work short shifts in the morning usually. Stephanie, Doug, and the newer girl whose name I have not learned yet (blonde, sort of curly hair, very smiley) are all fantastic, they are helpful & friendly. Last thing I will mention just as a tip, the blinking open sign above the door stays lit up and blinks 24 hours of the day, this does not reflect their actual business hours... They are only open until 9pm weekdays & 8pm on Sundays...

Worst place to go if I could give it to zero Stars I would ..I just moved to the area and I have went to this place 2 times but after the 2nd time I would never EVER go there again!! My riomaroo purchased a product from them and then after opening it it was empty! So he called them up the worker said not my problems. Call the manufacturer and hangs up! So he calls and the numbers are all non working numbers..so he calls back to get his money back the man was very rude and said "not my problems" and hangs up once again! What place of business can be run like that??...

i called to ask if they had a specific item and the man that answered the phone had a rude tone and told me he could not tell me if they have certain things in the store, and then hung up on me. i called back and said that i was driving an hour to get there and don't want to make the trip if they don't have what I'm looking for. he then said then don't come!! I've been in the store b4 and had no issues!! but for the man to be that rude to me on the phone makes me want to never go...
