Bella's Pizza — Restaurant in Carol Stream

I had previously posted a very good review, but have since decided to change it. Bella's used to have coupons on the menu's they handed out with your order. We ordered from them recently, and could see the coupons had been torn off the menu stapled to the pizza box. We were told they were no longer giving out coupons and would no longer accept the ones we still have. We have been ordering from them for awhile now, and the coupons really helped when feeding a large family. Needless to say, we'll be ordering elsewhere from now on. The pizza isn’t bad when you can actually get it. This place never picks up the phone and the wait times to get just a few slices is over an hour. I actually tasted the pizza a couple years ago and it was good and reasonably priced. However, I’ve had to cancel my order on two separate occasions since then. The first time the pickup time just kept getting delayed. Gave them another chance and same thing. Tried calling to cancel and nobody answered. Had to use the chat in order to cancel. These people have a fear of talking on the phone. Lesson learned. I won’t attempt this...

I discovered a new local treasure tonight. My family loves pizza, and we wanted to try someplace new. Bella’s pizza was a terrific find for us. Excellent pizza who’s from a pizzeria that knows how important excellent crust dough is. The toppings and everything were terrific also, of course. Service was fast and very friendly. Plus, it appears to be a family-run business. I always love to buy local when I can.
